I purchased a brand new xolo xolo black 3gb from flipkart on 6th of feb. Within a month of purchase, there was this phone battery charging issue (It will stop charging). I bought this phone for my parents. My dad took the phone to the service center. They kept the phone for a week and returned the phone back saying nothing wrong with the phone. After my dad got back the phone, it worked for a few months. Then the problem recurred. The routine of giving the phone to the service center and getting it back after a few weeks continued.
The last time the phone stopped working, my dad gave it to the service center. Now the service center guy claims that the mother board is gone and he is claiming that it will cost rs.10, 000 to repair. This is unacceptable. The phone was used gently and was only normally used.In fact, the amount of time the phone was in the service center was more than the amount of time my parents used it. This is really bad. I would like xolo to replace the phone or repair the phone for good, free of cost, since it is still under the warranty period. Was this information helpful? |
