Tracking record says, it has been delivered to me on 2 July at 7.20 PM. Wrong. Kindly, investigate and take action against deliveryman. Deliver it immedietly.Thanks.

    I am waiting for my order since 4 days but i can't recieve my order.
    the courior office has send me the out for delivery message before 3 days but i have not recieved the delivery.
    it is a prepaid shipment.today i get a message of out for delivery but still now it is not reached.
    I order this product in snap deal.com
    I order many products in flipkart and snapdeal they will deliver my products in2-3 bussiness day. But, this worst(XPRESS BEES) corrier cant deliver my product in right time.when i contact the costumer care they are not responds properly

      Here they have to deliver a parcel from the snapdeal, and the delivery was in a day guaranteed, and it should be delivered on 01/07/2016, but on the date they update in their tracking list that i have request for the future delivery but i didn't request for future delivery and next day i ask for the delivery and they said it will be delivered by today but not delivered and they update in their tracking list that consignee refuses to pay COD amount.

          Respected sir/s,

          Sub: consignment not received

          I had ordered a product from paytm on 20th june and i got the update that this got shipped through xpressbee logistics service on 21st of june. The awb number for the same is[protected].

          Unfortunately, i haven't received this consignment. The biggest irony was that it showed me a status "consignee not available" on[protected]. I am not getting why this happened as i was available at the place of shipping address till 8 p. M on that day. How is that possible to mark such a status when i haven't received any call from the delivery agent.?

          Again i called in the customer care on[protected] morning and had a query regarding this. They updated me that it will get delivered by evening and asked me, upto what time i will be available at my office (Shipping address is my office address). I informed that i will be available till 8 pm. Just to reconfirm, i called your customer care in the evening around 6:30 and they reconfirmed that it will be delivered. Unfortunately again it didn't get delivered and they have again marked status as "consignee not available" for yesterday. I don't know how you people are adding the status without even calling me and i was there at my office till 9:30 yesterday.

          I waited for the shipment yesterday also and no joy. These ridiculous logistics people have put up a status "address incomplete & mobile unreachable".

          This itself says that these guys are big frauds. I had saved this address in my shipping address list since months and have got items delivered in same address from paytm. Also my mobile number was also available and i had received a call from these logistics people at 3:19 pm saying that this will be delivered and from paytm at 5:10 pm informing the same.

          I have cancelled my order as i don't have time to spend for these messy, unethical, fraud and good for nothing xpressbees logistic people.

          I have used many logistics services and xpressbee's has turned out to be a worst one now. Really unsatisfied with the service and please take necessary measures against these type of fraud companies at an early date and oblige. Yours heart-felt cooperation will highly be appreciated to black-list these type of frauds.

              I had ordered a product from voonik and they are not at all delivering my product. When we try to contact they said they will deliver now and until this time we didn't got the product. Pls try to resolve that. Last time when i ordered a product from voonik they sent through xpressbess and i didn't get the product and finally they sent back to the seller. What a courier service this.

                My order is a snapdeal product. The courier says that it has been attempted to be delivered but that i was not available to take the item. This is simply not true, no delivery has been attempted at all. The courier has to go past the neighboring property. They can confirm that no delivery has been attempted. The courier tells snapdeal that they have attempted the delivery too. Xpress bees is a courier service. Why are they doing this? I presume that cannot be bothered and have no other deliveries in this area. They are therefore wasting the sellers time that i am buying from and losing him business, and wasting snapdeals time, along with mine too. Next time i see xpressbees are the courier, i will cancel my order. This is by no means the first time this has happened.

                    I have ordered an item from snapdeal its been two days since it reached cochin and it has not been delivered. I have already contacted xpressbees customer care service and they are giving the same answer that it will be delivered today. And when it's after 7pm they will sent a message to my phone it cannot be delivered today since i am not available to accept delivery and they didn't even contact me once. I have already paid for this product through online and not yet received. And i contacted the customer care the xpressbees logistics address or phone number of cochin head office and they are not able to provide it and i am tired of waiting. Please respond to my complaint and take necessary action about this situation that i am facing.

It will be lated three days, courir service man or another person in the courier service is broken in the seal... And the product will be replaced.. And got a dirty product.. It is treachery...                         I had a order from SNAP DEAL but Like all other people same with me they never came & called but all three times fake update in website saying mobile unreachable, customer not available. worst courier service, i don't understand why e commerce company use this kind of courier companies. Huge loss for sellers also.

                          This is regarding awb:[protected].
                          I am writing this because, i received message stating — xpressbees couldn??? T deliver your paytm order awb:[protected], as your house/office was closed. Reattempt in 24-48hrs, for queries contact:[protected].

                          1) i have not received any call from any one related to this today.

                          2) yesterday one fellow call me. I was in some other work and i did not lift the call.
                          In next 2 mins i called back, he responded after 15 calls and said he went to some other place because i didn't lift the call.

                          3) today's no attempt done and i got msg as office closed. If some one call me i would have done something and i will collect my parcel right.

                          4) i called to customer care and being in line for about 30 mins but no one responded.

                          5) finally monday i will not be in hyderabad, and to whome you people deliver my product.

                          Is any luck that i will receive product or else you people return the product.

                          Note: need an immediate response. Else this is going to be big issue from my side and i will log/ file case in consumer court.

                            Today i was called by a courier delivery person delivering for shopclues, i felt as if some stupid street goon was talking to me. He refused to deliver the courier to my address upon which i asked him why is your company even working if you can not deliver it to the given address upon which he said 'jab nalon mein ghar banaoge to wahan kaun aayega'?

                            It was really disappointing and insulting behavior which demands a strict action from the authorities i believe. The call was recorded and is available with me.
                            I can share it thru whatsapp if you want. Delivery details are attached.

                                  Very disappointed with your service and customer care service. I have ordered mobile cover from paytm, seller has shipped with your service - awb[protected].

                                  As i track with shipment id[protected], its shows product has delivered to me on 14-june-2016 at 8 pm, refer attached screenshot. Our office closed at 6 pm, delivery boy didn't called me, i didn't received the product, then how you can update the status received by 'anand kulkarni at 8 pm'?

                                  I contacted customer care service, executive says we don't know, whom its been delivered, we will find out. I asked delivery boy contact details, he refused to give.

                                  What kind of professionalism is this? I need my product otherwise i'll file complain to consumer court.

                                    Hi, I ordered Van Huesen Handkerchiefs priced at RS. 341/- from SnapDeal and the same was shipped via XpressBees with A/W No.[protected]
                                    I was supposed to receive the product on the 13th of June and received an SMS for the same. I was at home and no attempt at delivery was made nor any attempt to call me. I was available for the entire day! It has been 3 days now where I have been home and no attempt has been made to contact kr deliver the item.
                                    Today XpressBees has "cancelled" my order stating "customer refusal" as the excuse!! How can I refuse it when they didn't even bother contacting me or delivering the package? For 3 days! This is such a terrible shipping company! Snapdeal wake up! You are losing credibility over this! And as far as I can see I'm not the only one with this issue. They are doing it multiple times with blatant disregard to the customer.

                                      From 5 days daily says that your product will be pickup and iam getting sms too. but no response from xpress bees . Fake service even manager not responding xpress bees is not taking any action on branch worst service. ..3rd class service.
                                      requesting to take a serious action on branch. I[censored] people cant able to handle then you can say directly. Why you people are just telling LIE to paytm that number not contactble.
