I have booked a bike for me @santhosh motors near sbi varkala trivandrum kerala and have paid the full amount to them on 29/07/2019 and haven't got my bike delivered till 02/8/2019 i have paid ₹171000 full amount and now they are asking ₹3000 more and have to wait till further more days when i am calling at their sales service person they are not at all taking the call.

    Date of incident : 22 july 2019

    Just after my 3rd service on 29th june, my bike front alloy wheel got sagged due to which disc and caliper also rugged.
    Its has been 6 month from the purchase of bike. The service center told that the total expenses will charger to 10k. The insurance company told its not having any physical damage so its not covered under policy. They told its manufacturing issue so company will have to repair.
    Service center is saying that insurance company will pay and insurance company is saying its company manufacturing issue.
    Insurance company: bajaj allianze insurance
    Please help me out to resolve my issue. When the bike is in warranty then why customer need to pay???

    The Service center people asked to file claim against the insurance company. After compliant the Surveyor visited on the site and rejected the claim saying that the bike is not having any physical damage. It is manufacturing issue. The Yamaha Service reject that its manufacturing issue. And I have to pay full amount for the sagged part. They told around 10K for the part which really very difficult to pay for a new bike 6 month old. Recently I have made 3rd servicing also still it was not checked and care.

Yesterday invoice no:02656/19-20 given for paid service with some meter problem for model: ray-z, chesis no:467, parts changes are:starter-1, 172.00+change fee:106, throttle-1, rs. 305.00+change fee:177.00 and throttle-2 rs. 270.00+change fee:271.00 total spare cost: (172+305+270)=747.00 and change fee: (106+177+271)=554. Oo plus paid service charges;443.00 please ensure and justify. Justice. Confirm at my contact no. [protected]. Total bill was rs.2084.00

        Respected sir/mam,
        I am vetrivel one of your customers owning yamaha R15 V3 model. I have left my vehicle for service but the complaint i registered wasn't rectified instead they give me reasons without rectifying my faults. The main fault registered was, rpm light wasn't blinking after I took back my vehicle from service center when I asked them regarding this thing they give me irrelevant reasons instead of rectifying the fault. Instead they did not respond me properly. Their service is improper, they aren't doing the service well and are blaming the customers if any complaints are being registered.They connected mine to the system corrected something and gave me the data sheet showing everything was ok but when I tested my vehicle there itself rpm lights and sensor wasn't working and there wasn't any response with regard to my complaint.I previously had the same complaint and they kept on asking me to come the showroom, when i went there there wasn't any response from them. They asked me to leave the vehicle in the showroom for two days I don't know for what reason. And primarily I am not interested to trust in them when they don't give me a valid reason and response. Nowadays yamaga service is worsening more and more should I leave my vehicle somewhere else and rectify this mistake if so then why do you run such service centres. I haven't done any of my free services all of them till now have been only paid ones. Since i have missed my service book my third service was delayed I have claimed for my service book but they don't give me a correct response and they try to hide the fault on their side. My speedometer too have some irregular fuctioning I hoped that you will take some action with regard to my complaint.I am completely disappointed with the service this kind of service resulting only in complaints are spoiling tha name of your brand only.If this isn't being rectified then I shall leave my vehicle somewhere else for the service. I hope you will take serious actions with regard to this. Finally they are not aware of the term rpm sensor. I request you to take serious actions and rectify the complaints.

          As i mentioned in above subject i hv faced many problems like Battery, ECU and RR unit got damaged. And the bike is 15 month old. No one is responding to my problem. And i have lost 10k for replacing ECU, speedometer display and RR unit.
          I have recharged the battery for 6 times.
          My new Yamaha fzs v3 valve tuk tuk tuk sound all gear, no smooth engine

            I have done my 2 paid yamaha r15s from kamla yamaha lower parel earlier they they told me that you have to pay around 4200 for the service but when i come to pay the bill they have charged 4633 but when u totall all the thing in bill cost is come around 4371 that mean they have taken 262 extra and i also want to y they charged 500 for serviceing if they already charging labour cost from us

              Why dealers of different states were taking high charges on ex-showroom price. Yamaha zr street rally edition show room price is around 60 thousand in disc variant. But seems in arunachal pradesh they were charging high enough it's 63500, how that possible?
              Take me note as a feedback that please don't charge unnecessarily. It's hurts when giving money for free services.
              And i don't understand why talking money for tft which is valid for 1month.
              At least don't charge for tft. Unnecessary charges.

                Kindly inform you that, I purchased a Ray Z scooter dated on 01/July/19 from the dealer Sri Nivash Motors in Srivilliputtur, Tamilnadu. Postal code number is 626125. The dealer promised to do register (RTO) the scooter with in a week. But almost one month finished, still not yet registered the scooter. I paid the full amount of Rs 72000/- ready cash. Every day I am facing too much problem from the traffic Police. Many more time I contact to the dealer and requested them to do clear this issue. But they did not give the right answer every time. This issue not only for me. This issue for all customers who are they purchased from this dealer. Some customers are waiting for more than two months for the registration. So please check the sales details for the Sri Nivash Motors and clear this issue as soon as possible. This is for your information, action and record.

                    Recently I bought a r15 v3 bike in mumbai. Few days ago the engine oil start leaking from the head of engine. Then i complaint it to clear the problem in showroom. They said me that your bike engine magnet gasket cover gets damaged due to some reasons & they also said me your bike engine casing also get a cracked thats why the oil was getting leaked. I have a questioned that within 2 months of new bike how the engine magnet gasket cover gets damage? & casing also gets a crack? How the new bike have an internal issue?

                      This is to inform that i owned a fascino scooter 12 months ago. It started emitting too much smoke and consuming engine oil. I submitted the scooter to a service centre naming bijoy automobile who are selling bike under the logo and banner of yamaha. They are showing me an unauthenticated bill of rs 4689 as different engine parts. When i complained it to glory enterprise (Auth. Dealer) who actually sold the bike to them, they said that they have no connection with the dealer. But glory enterprise has told me earlier that i can also make service from them.
                      So, this is my humble request to you to guide me so that i pay for exact bill with authentication. And abolish this type of false dealers. The service bill and another one bill attached herewith. Thank you.

                        I bought a bike from yamaha showroom, padi.. They told me to give accessories incl crash bar.. It has been more than 4 month's.. They dint given the same..2 days before i met with an accident in which front side of the bike was totally damaged. If they given that crash bar it may prevent from this faral accident.. Im really frustrated.. After selling the bike they wont care about anything.. Very worst management... Very poor customer service.. I regreting now about why i bought this bike from yamaha. Such an irresponsible service..

                          Ray z - very irritating and very poor service. Parts unavailibility - i purchased part from another shop and i provided.
                          2nd one is they told me your kick is improper by engine cover and i repaired that from another place and i provided. After that they completed my scooty when i was coming back to home. That stopped on the way. And was same problem. And now not working.

                            Hello sir,
                            This is karam sangkar singha, a resident of sudarshanpur (Iii), hailakandi, assam. Recently, i bought a new yamaha ray-z from yamaha drome, sonai road, silchar, assam. The details of the vehicle is as follows :

                            Complain : as on 1st free servicing dated 18/07/2019, the mechanics charged money for servicing. Water servicing was not done properly. They did not follow nay queue for water servicing. The employees are not friendly. They gave priority to the people known to them.
                            Kindly intervene the matter.

                            Chidambaram show room dealers very worst in service, because to take so many complaint but solved one or two complaint, they labour charges 600 rupees, no response including staff and manager.

                            Yamaha showroom and service in RPG showroom, KATTUMANNAR KOIL. showroom is change to location, so temporary service not available, so many loss of petrol charges to be checked in working condition.

                              Sir i have given my alpha jk02cb 1508 for servicing.. My scooty is only 12 months old.. So when they were servicing my scooty they opened disk for changing disk pads but after they fixed the pads brake was not performing.. And i have to wait for more than 5 hours then they gave me my scooty but when i hv taken my scooty i haven't noticed that they have opened the headlight of scooty due to which my headlight was also lighting up... And i hv to use it without lights and for this work they charged me 1330 rs including service sir please help me to fix my vehicle headlight and disk

                                I have given my fz150 for servicing, and its in warrranty and now these people are asking for some parts change for front & rear disk brake pad and i dont from where these charges came from.. If its in warranty then why are these charges and if these are not under warranty then i dont think so it should be more than 1500 or so.. But these people has given me bill of 3500..
                                May be i will never recommend yamaha product anyone..

                                  Very poor service in yamaha chavakkad service centre. We give scooter in last friday 12.07.2019 For battery charging and we get 0nly today 15.07.2019.

                                    I am very disappointed with the yamaha service center this most unassessably loot for the money my bike condition is not so bad but in ambuj automobile service center delhi made an unnecessary bill for me with extra 2000 labor charge and they take extra amount of every spare part and also extra labor charges the chain set / chain kit real amount is 1, 377 but they charge with 1, 552 rs and 250 rs labor charge this is most # thing i want justice for it.

                                    I have purchased scooty on 10/03/2019 in full cash from Krishna Midnapur, Paschim Midnapur. But till date i.e after a lapse of of 4 months I have not received the blue book. Service center even does not known the provable date. No seriality is maintained. I does not known faith of my blue book.

                                      This is to inform you that I had purchased a Yamaha Scooty from AQUAD YAMAHA [Address: 27/1, Green View, B.T. Road, Kamarhati, Kolkata, West Bengal 700058] on 2nd April, 2019.

                                      At the time of Purchase, Mr. Tapas (M: [protected]), concern sales person, give me commitment to give the Registration no and tax token within 20 days (Max) if i purchase the same. But after purchase, in spite of many follow ups I hardly got calls from him regarding this matter and most of the time he prefer to not picking up my calls.

                                      Today while I call him he also let me know its take 7 days more. But after that I found after calling manager thats the wrong info and they received my details of tax and registration no by 5th july, but i have not received the message, so i was not aware. His language was rough and he dont have any behave to talk with a women.

                                      Now we received the tax details and registration details by today(10th July) but heard that it has been received by them on 5th July. Now the question is if it has been received, why they or any customer care person not called us as we had not utilize our scooty for past 3 months due to all these and also done 1st serving without using this . I am really feeling cheated by sales persons and company that they are not helping me in proper way and not given any email id for grievance redressal. Need Help. You can see the extreme right person from the attached photo of Mr. Tapas. Let me know why yamaha not take any feedback after selling anything to customer.

                                        It's about my ray z third free service. They requested for oil change and i said ok. Also i know the oil charges should be borne by the customers. Yamaha engine oil costs 216 rupees. But in name of consumables 105 rupees charged. It's almost 50% of oil cost. Yamaha customer service says labor charges will not be available for free service. If i pay labor charges at a workshop or petrol pumps also, only for oil change it won't cost more than 100. What is the consumable they are using for 105 rupees? Same old clothes is used for all vehicles and cheating in name of consumables.

                                        This was my vehicle 3rd service. After the service while taking the vehile we noticed a hard scratch on the engineering ne side. We asked the staffs and theres no proper response . The staffs are sayinh that we did the scratch. But before leaving for service there was no scrtach in the vehicle
