I bought my yamaha, alpha bike on[protected]. But before few months (I. E in january) my bike had a starting trouble. It didn't start both in self start as well as kick start. So i gave my bike to bikerz yamaha showroom and they sent my bike battery to company and said that the company returned back the battery saying that its working fine and they said they have rectified the starting trouble of my bike.

After that my bike had no starting trouble for few days. But again starting trouble arised.
So during my fourth service[protected], i again complained to same service centre (Bikerz yamaha, alandur) that my bike has a starting trouble. While returning back my bike, they said that some bolt near battery was loose, so only bike gave starting trouble, it would be fine now. But now again my bike gives starting trouble. Its not atal taking self start. Even kick start doesn't happens soon. It s really irritating when it give such problem while starting to office. And my didn't even complete one year, such soon it gives so many problem to me.

If this starting trouble is not due to battery problem, then look after which causes this starting trouble.

    It is to bring to your notice that i am not able to buy original cylinder kit for yamaha rxg. Yamaha has stopped its production when there are vehicles in the market and users are forced to buy duplicate product. Using a duplicate cylinder kit has it's affect on the power & performance of the bike. Even the mileage has been reduced from 50 to 37 in spite of doing various services.

      I have given my yamaha fz v2 bike to this sai ram motors, padi branch, chennai for paid service. I just want to give for general service and oil change only. But one of the service person added that the handle bar alloyment needs to be changed that there is some difference in that handle bar. I don't find any difference and even i don't met with any accident before. But still they have convinced me to do that. They have taken three days to do that and when i got my bike back i was shocked that the general service itself was not done properly. No water wash nothing. They said water pump was not working so we will redo that water service later. The next shock was when i drove the bike the handle bar and forks are completely shaking and it is not all fit properly. They have given false statement for the sake of money and wasted my bike. There is no proper response at all when asking about this till now. The service manager and the hr manager is simply waste in this branch. They are always lazy and will always argue with customers, but they don't resolve any issues. This branch needs to be immediately removed from the dealership with yamaha. This particular sai ram motors padi branch is doing the same for all the customers. Yamaha will surely loose it's brand name because of such irresponsible people. Proper action needs to taken against this branch.
      I need proper response regarding this issue or else i will take this issue to whichever the extend i can.

      The problem was not yet then how comes you can send a closure email from Yamaha. This is what a poor service is all about.

      Now I can conclude that Yamaha the brand is fraudulent in service.

      Hi,
      I have owned FZ v2 and i had found oil seal leakage in 10, 000 km, this issue not only came from oil seal damage . it is found that there is scratches in fork pipe on both sides without any occurrence accidents to my bike. But i Couldn't get any replacement from yamaha company. WHY?

          yamaha fz s v2.0 chain sound

          I have been using yamaha fz s v2.0 since four years. I am facing chain noise problem. I changed chain and sprocket but still the problem pursues. I cleaned the chain and even lubed it. But no improvement. I want a solution for this. Yamaha people will say its chain sprocket problem. But i haven't driven the bike more than 2000km after chain and sprocket change.           I have fz25, it's head light is very poor, brightness is low n focus, not effective low beam n high beam, it is critical when night driving off road n highways. That is not my personal problem, in my friend circle there is 3 fz25 same problem of headlight in night.. Other wise u will check on *youtube* search fz25 headlight approx 80% customers have same headlight problem occurred..
          N fz25 headlight led is not replaceable
          U provide 250cc then u should improvement in leds use high watt or or fz25 led is not replaceable in high watt leds, then what should we do...

            I purchased fascino xc115c from m/s divine motors, amritsar on 19.10.2017. Engine no. E3y4e0091070, chasis no. Meised199h0060641. Till date it has run 1800 kms only. I did last service on 09.03.2019 and in previous to this service, there was a self start problem occuring. I told service centre about the same and they informed that battery has got down and they charged the battery that time but again after few days, same problem persist.in last service i told about the same, they said they have rectified it but from very next day, it started again.

            Now when we approached to service centre, they said battery is down and we have to buy new battery.

            Please adv - is the battery life is this much only? It means every year we have to change battery? Is there any warranty of battery?

              I bought my r15 v3 on september 20 2018, in so less time my bike's chassis inside, weld joints, discs n everything are rusted already. I look care of my bike very carefully so it's clearly isn't my fault. Im very disappointed with the manufactured with
              Quality. I found this issue when i removed the body fairings for cleaning and found the metal parts being highly rusted. Complained yamaha on this issue before, they didn't come up with an solution. This is not a small issue, rusted majorly on the chassis weld is highly dangerous for the bike's mechanical strength. Resolve my issue soon yamaha.

                Hi am sathish from chennai. I have booked fasino vehicle on jan 21 & paid 40500 rs initially in raj yamaha showroom at chennai kottivakam & the executive name benjamin. Everyday he giving a false commitment after 59 days completed till now i didn't get my vehicle. So i ask him to cancel my booking & initiate refund. They inform to get refund in 3 days.
                This is worst experience in yamaha service.

                Fyi - 1year back i bought fz v2 in the same dealer & completed 5 free service. Everytime they are not repair my vehicle properly. Even it happen all my friends & common customers.

                Hereafter i never buy yamaha vehicles & tell my friends & wellwishers to don't buy a vehicle in yamaha.

                  I have a Fazer 150cc bike with Chassis number ME145S0B3D2002244. My bike met with an accident and I gave the bike with all the broken and good parts to Shanthi motors to repair and to get the necessary claim from the insurance. The insurance surveyor from HDFC Ergo visited the place and have stated that some of the parts were good. Also he has stated to check and report the Fork Assembly kit. I have repeatedly told them to only replace the parts approved by the surveyor and retain the rest of the parts. But these guys in the service have replaced everything without my concern or the surveyor notice. The insurance is saying that the Fork Assembly was not properly reported and it can't be claimed. Now the service center has stolen all the parts I delivered to them and they have replaced everything with new ones and is asking me to pay Rs.20140 to get my bike back. I have never seen such a worst experience with my bike in any other service center. I want full waiver for my Fork Assembly and all the parts stolen. Make sure you resolve this issue as soon as possible. I have attached the necessary photos for your reference.

                  This is Bremi, working in Guindy. I gave my bike "Yamaha Ray ZR"which is not started on 26.04.2022 I'm Shanthi motors, Velachery.They said we will let you know what's the fault by that day evening. Next day, called and told we need to unorganize the engine which might take upto 2 days and costs 2K. Then after 3 days, they told has been ceased and the repair might costs 20K and might return the bike after 2 weeks. I told I can't able to pay that amount and also not able to run without bike for 2 weeks. They immediately called and told the repairing cost is 15K and will give the bike within a week. So I accepted to start with the work. Then they told to get the bike only by 19.05.22. I went theie before going to my office and they told bike will get ready only by 16.05.22. I was devastated going there and wasting my time. Then they even didn't give by 16th. Then on 18th, called and told the bike is ready, but the battery has gone... And you need to pay extra 1600 . I've asked why are telling this so late. They didn't respond properly. Then they asked to come to their office, pay and collect the bike by 12.00 pm. And now I'm in the office. They not yet give me the bike. Still waiting. And my meeting at office is by 1.00 pm

                      Dear sir/ madam,

                      This is naveen from coimbatore +[protected]
                      On this tuesday,[protected] morning i gave my yamaha ray z for service (Tn 38 cb 8110) with the following points at cag yamaha, sathiyamangalam road, coimbatore.

                      1) engine oil change (Done)
                      2) gear oil change (Done)
                      3) tail lamp bulb change (Done)

                      4) fork problem when passing through speed breaker hearing some noise (Not done)
                      5) left side cover not properly closed (Not done)
                      6) head light problem (Not done)

                      A call from your company on the next day morning as your bike is ready for delivery.
                      I cross checked with the lady staff is all the things have done. She replied with yes.

                      I took the vehicle by 7:15pm and felt very unsatisfied with the above points which has not been rectified.

                      Next day morning i came and contacted service person with the points which have not been done. They took the vehicle and almost i spent my 1hr time there to get my vehicle back. As the time was running long, i went in 2 times to ask is it was ready?
                      On the 2 times the service person who was attending my vehicle was speaking on a phone, which i realised he would not do the service properly.

                      Then the service person went for a test drive and gave me as the problem is solved.
                      I believed and started to office as i have to be there. After 2 or 3 kms the sound came back from the fork and it seems the person used some screwdriver to open & change the light switches which damaged the outer layer (Image attached). The side door problem was also not fixed..

                      Really am unsatisfied with the service from your company in such a way with irresponsible persons.
                      I am not interested to give the vehicle for the next services at your company. I am sorry to tell you this.

                            I would like to put your attention towards the worst service provided by your yamaha dealer. I don't know on which basis you give dealership to such people who real don't know what is customer service. Yamaha is assigning such people to represent yamaha who are really spoiling yamaha's value.

                            Let me tell you what has happened. My name is vikas gaur and in the month of july, 2018 i bought saluto 125cc bike from n. K. Automobile (Libaspur, delhi). I checked complete bike and found no issue but there was some issue with battery. So i raised the same issue however i was told that since it's a new bike and the battery is not charged so it may take some time to chargeup the battery. It will be charged automatically once you start using the bike. However after a week it was not charged. Then i went again and they did some checks and said that now it's ok ride bike for some kilometres and it would be working fine. But nothing has happened. Last month i visit them again and i was informed that we don't have labour come after 2-3 days we will change the battery. Last week i visit them and again i got the same response. They were not ready to help. It was really disappointing.

                            Yesterday i went again to get replaced battery however i was really surprised to see their behaviour and the way they were dealing. I waited for 2 hours and finally they come with the solution i. E. Pay rs. 200/- for it. I mean, i am already in trouble from last 7-8 months and now they are asking money.

                            The service centre is 40 km far from my house and i have visited them 3-4 times + the time they have wasted is really like harassment. And when i spoke to owner, he really don't know how to speak with their customers. He don't even bother to listen to my problem. He said you have to pay for this. And said "i don't have that much time to listen to you" and disconnected my call. I mean how you can do that with your customers who is already in problem. When i said that i want to complaint he said you can do whatever you want. It means that he also does not care about the complaints.

                            Is this the way yamaha works?

                            He has created really a bad impression of yamaha as he is the one who was representing yamaha. I will never refer anyone to yamaha.

                            I have bajaj bike also and never faced such problem. Totally satisfying service they provide.

                            Now i look forward to recieve a solution from your side. Ultimately you took full amount from me but i had not received what i paid for and your guys are asking more money.

                            Declaration: if something has happened to me during riding yamaha bike number dl8scj9441 then yamaha will be fully responsible. As they have not given the complete safety things in bike. Hope you know the importance of horn, light, indicator and self-starter things in bike and non of them are not working since the battery is defected.

                              I had given my vehicle for service fz 16 2012 model on december due to engine oil leal. They called me 3 to 4 times asking whether my indicator has to be changed like that small issues. And when i went there to take my vehicle by evening they gave me a bill of rs.2500. At that time when i was about to take the vehicle they told me that there is a big hole in oil tank and full set has to be replaced and it will cost around rs.8000. I took back the vehicle as it is, when i contacted them again after 2 weeks that service advisor and mechanic all left the job they told.
                              Actually there was only a small oil leak, i rode the vehicle and went there to give for service.
                              How that become a big hole
                              Please help me resolve my issue

                                Hi team,

                                This is a very serious issue which i have overcome and wanted to report to yamaha to initiate immediate action before i take any external action against the company. I bought a motorcycle registered on 13/02/2019 from “i yamaha automotives – a unit of eye automobiles private limited, kr puram, bangalore – 560036” newly launched motorcycle yamaha fzs-fi v3. For this vehicle i was given a number plate on 17/02/2019 which got the number as “ka 53 ha 4172”. I drove my vehicle with this no. Plate for almost 20 days and for around 500 kms in and out of the city bengaluru. On 02/03/2019 i went ahead to check my vehicle registration info online at vahan. Nic.in - official site of regional transport office, and on that day i was shocked to see my vehicle no. Reflecting on somebody else name mentioned as ‘mohammed shaffee’ vehicle description stated scooter. Immediately i went to the showroom to report this and staffs there were not ready to believe this. After investigating for almost 30mins they realized the mistake and without apologizing for this big mistake, straight away asked me to wait to get the right number plate. Because i cannot drive my vehicle with incorrect number plate i wasted my four long hours waiting at the showroom itself. After 1 hour manager named mr. Parameshwaran came out from his cabin apologizing on behalf of staff and started explaining the scenario that how this mishap took place. He told that his staff name anand in charge for rto registration has made this mistake and also claimed that the same staff had made similar mistakes 3 times in the past also. I mean really! When such an irresponsible staff is making same mistakes repeatedly which is so critical why should he be given that particular job.

                                I was never a user of yamaha, but thinking yamaha as an international brand and after a great success of fz motorcycle i planned to purchase this vehicle fzs-fi v3 launched in feb 2019.

                                I chose this showroom only for the reason that it was near my home.

                                But from the time of enquiry right from the day 1 i was having issues with this showroom as below.

                                Issue no.1:

                                I raised inquiry through a website and got a call from the executive named pavan in which i was having many doubts to be cleared being a new launch, i spoke with him for approx. 4-5mins then executive dropped the call in-between before my questions where complete. I felt like he was frustrated from my queries and i never bothered to call him back.

                                However, i planned to visit showroom with a hope of better clarification the very next day and i booked the vehicle paying token amount 5000.00 inr as the executive told that the registrations are currently on hold and then i waited for almost 1 week for the registrations to open.

                                Then after getting the call from the showroom on 11/02/2019 confirming registrations open i visited the showroom on 12/02/2019 to make complete remaining payment approx. 1, 15, 000 inr thinking at least after the payment the services would be good but i was wrong.

                                Issue no.2:

                                On 12/02/2019 at the time of making full payment i told the sales executive pavan that i want a vehicle body cover mandatorily because i cannot park my vehicle without a cover near my home where i am supposed to park. Executive confirmed cover is readily available and chargeable at 450 inr and can be picked up at the time of delivery.

                                Later the next day at the time of delivery on 13/02/2019, i was told that body cover is out of stock. I was frustrated with this reply at that moment. As i cannot take the delivery without the body cover, executive suggested another body cover of fz25 costing double the amount as 850 inr. As i was left with no other option i had to buy it paying double.

                                After reaching my home at the time of putting the cover on bike, it was so big that it had almost 1 feet gap at the rear. I thought it’s my fate that has taken me to this showroom for getting such a poor service. I struggled and tied the cover from all the corners like an #.

                                Issue no.3:

                                At the time of delivery, i was not giving the 3years engine extended warranty certificate which was also included in my full payment amount. When i asked for the certificate, executive name pavan confirmed that the staff in charge has left for the day, at the time around 6pm on 13/02/2019. Then i asked him what is your closing hours he replied 7.30pm. Here again i did not understand staff in charge not available within the working hours of the showroom. Later executive told to collect the certificate at the time of number plate delivery, i agreed the same.

                                Then at the time of number plate delivery on 17/02/2019 around 2pm some other executive attended me and told that the staff in charge is not available to give the 3 year engine extended warranty certificate and promised to forward the electronic copy via email next day.

                                I waited till 20/02/2019 and called up executive named pavan same day who again promised to forward an email. But till 01/03/2019 there was no any email sent.

                                I finally had to visit showroom once again on 02/03/2019 to collect the certificate hardcopy. Such a poor service i have ever had.

                                This is how the executives are trained, that once the sale is done is done and let customer suffer after that. They just wash their hands once the complete payment is received.

                                Issue no.4:

                                At the time of delivery, i was told by executive pavan that within 2 days i will get the vehicle registration no. I waited as per the time confirmed but no update. Then i planned to call the executive after 2 days and got a negative reply still not available. After 2-3 times of follow up from my end finally i got the number plate on 17/02/2019 which was actually having a wrong no. On it. This wrong number mistake was done by executive name anand in charge for rto registrations.

                                Issue no.5:

                                I have heard externally in many cases that there are companies who just initiate a fake feedback call, just to make the customers feel that they have taken a service from a company which is concerned about the customers to maintain standards and improve their service. But actually those fake feedback companies don’t even work on that.

                                The reason i wanted to add this above point is because similar sales feedback call i received from this company i yamaha. The executive who called me to take this feedback was not even knowing english language. At the start of the call i told her i don’t know kannada language and i am only comfortable in english but she went on asking all the feedback questions in kannada language, which i did not understand even a single bit of it, and finally she hang-up after reading all the questions. I don’t know what she mentioned in the feedback.

                                This was my first experience where i personally got a live example for a fake feedback call, which company doesn’t even bother to work on it.

                                This is the reason why the services are so poor.

                                With this incident i also realized that this showroom should only be serving locals who only no kannada and rest of the non-local customers they just do the sales to achieve the targets but not by serving them till the end.

                                Issue no.6:

                                I have been made to pay an amount of 2332.02 inr towards handling charges which no other brand in india charge. When asked for the explanation or breakup no reply. I have still not got any reply for this amount breakup charged. Why there should be a handling charge with so much huge amount for a such a poor service, when a customer directly visits the showroom to pick the vehicle and severally after which for resolving further issues. As a proof i have attached this document copy with this email.

                                I want a clear explanation as to why this much handling charge is being charged for no specific reason and worst service.

                                Issue no.7: the biggest life threatening issue

                                This is the biggest and very important issue which i have explained in the start of the email. And i want a very serious and strict action from the answerable management and respected stakeholders against this showroom & their staffs involved for this irresponsibility. I have attached the image of wrong number plate.

                                This is my another and a direct question to the management which i want an answer for this, if anything fatal would have happened to me or to my motorcycle in this span of 20days who was responsible for the claims?

                                How can a management run a company who doesn’t have proper setup or parameters to monitor or service the clients from start till the end?

                                I want a clear explanation on all the above issues which has direct impact on customers, who finally end up suffering out of these.

                                  First of all, I would like to recommend a motto for Yamaha : 'NO YAMAHA'

                                  I bought my first bike from Yamaha, a brand new Fz25 priced at 1.50 lakhs around two months back. Had my first service on Jan 18th and now my bike just covered 2800 KM. After the first service, i noted an abnormal 'Rrrr' sound from the engine when the bike cross 4000 RPM. I did double checked with my friends to make sure its not a normal engine sound. Also, i had to face ignition issue a few times. The bike failed to start sometimes. I didn't panic as i trusted YAMAHA brand and believed the service team will fix it in no time as its a brand new bike. The next day i took the bike to service center,
                                  I told them the problem regarding ignition and issue for self start and i was surprised to hear the response from the supervisor. He told me the following facts about Yamaha Motorcycle

                                  "This issue is common in Fz25 bikes and they will do something to fix that in your second service!"
                                  "You don't have to worry as we have a breakdown service when the bike stops halfway"
                                  "We cannot check unless the issue is shown in front o[censored]s"

                                  Isn't it Embarrassing !!
                                  What I could understand from the response is that i must run this bike praying to god for 2000 KM until the second service for the fix. Another realization is the assurance of fault machine manufacturing by Yamaha with common issues.

                                  Also, regarding the engine sound, he rode the bike and understood the abnormal sound problem. When i asked for the fix, Again look at the response

                                  "The bike covered just 2800 KM and we cannot do anything with the engine before 3000 KM "

                                  What am i supposed to do now with this faulty machine now ??
                                  I must say, Yamaha is responsible for this faulty manufacturing and irresponsible service response without doubt and i will make sure no friend or acquaintance of mine is gonna purchase an Yamaha motorcycle anymore.

                                    Today i completed my fasion service at paras yahama, mount road. They are unnecessarily putting labour charges for replacing spark plug and air filter though which is part of their general services scope.

                                    Worst response and bad behaivour from the floor incharge mr. John, not giving any respect to customers.

                                    Tried reaching parrys yahama service head mr. Saravanan in the provided contact number, once again the same person has taken the call and informing me that the respective person has diverted his call today. But there was no call divert message while call the number. They are simply mocking ppl and the worst behaviour from the staffs.

                                    I will register a legal conplaint incase if you are not going to take any proper action against this incident.

                                    Ravi motor Service Center of Yamaha kanpur not reply genuine reason for arranging new battery.
                                    Please take a necessary action against him.
                                    So that I'm telling your services to my concerning persons.
