I have given my bike for service in one of the hilton yamaha authorized service centre in vazhimukku, balaramapuram (Trivandrum). On may 26 due to engine shaft complaint. As per the dealer, the shaft will be replaced & will be returning back within two days.
But, till date i am not getting any positive response through phone for the past 8 days regarding the return date. So, i went directly to the showroom today & found that my bike engine was totally opened & there was no service person available. As per them, there is no service person available to repair/refix it & they are not given any assurance regarding the return date.
My bike details : kl 20 d 1805, yamaha fazer
Service centre : hilton yamaha, vazhimukku, balaramapuram (Trivandrum).
I am totally unsatisfied with the service/response from the dealer side & i am thinking to exchange yamaha to any other motor companies if i didn't get a positive response following this complaint.
