I have a complaint regarding invoice no: YM/YM/15/RAY/314.
I have got a new Ray z 15 on 12.06.2015 at your Paras yamaha showroom. And my registration is processed on 19.06.2015.
While purchasing the vehicle I found some problem with fork and also handlebar was bend. When I questioned them on the same, they said this would be rectified during the first service.
And its been a week I bought this vehicle from this showroom and I experienced severe pain on my left hand during the ride. When i approach them on the same today they have taken the handlebar from a new vehicle and replaced in mine. Then I had a test drive, still the problem is same.
Today when I ask them regarding the solution for the complaint, they saying like its a problem while they receive the product via transportation and they cant to anything like that.
So I didn't took my vehicle back. I left it over there.
And I am not a new customer for this place. I have already got three vehicles so far. Here are the details of those vehicles.
1. Purchase year 2013 December. Reg no: TN 01 AV 4300.
2. Purchase year 2014 October. Reg no: TN 01 AW 4000.
3. Purchase year 2015 June. Reg no: TN 01 AY 4300.
And in the above mentioned vehicle no 2, still the complaints are going on, but there is not even a proper response from their side.
So, for your information, I need a problem valuable solution on my complaint. If you fail to do, I have no other option than proceeding with the consumer court.
