I hav bought a new Yamaha Ray Z R from Sri motors, kumananchavadi, poonamalle, Chennai[protected]
On 14th of thz month, but dint get the crash guard on the date the service provider said as they would be issuing on the next day but v dnt get any response from spares team later v went and checked the showroom on the next day they said the same reason thtz they will be issuing on the another day, still itz 25th today v dint get the crash guard and not getting any prior information from the team . V hav visited the showroom atleast thrice only because of thz issue but the management is not taking any action ...
And too yesterday (Sunday) after a water wash I got a buzzer sound from the bike so I called the office to get the support team but the service provider sayZ tht they won't do any works on Sunday only booking is possible in Sundays ... itz the first tym v are trying Yamaha product but we are not satisfied with ur service and the showroom sri agency at poonamalle.. v r disappointed with Yamaha.
Before getting the product v used to have regular call from the agency to book the vehicle but after getting the vehicle thy r not replying to our queries..
