[Resolved] Yamaha Motor India — Name mismatch in RC Book

Bought a Yamaha SZRR Version 2 bike on January, In the issued RC book my name is mentioned as wrong. I inform to the showroom and surrendered my original RC book, But still I didn't get the revised RC book whenever I called they are not responding properly. They told within one week you got the card this is the word they are every time. they are not responding properly to the customer. they only concentrate on money.

Bike FZ 16, complain about today I in service center for rear shock absorb replacement, from 11 am to till now work not done, and the device team telling we are doing .
I think to replace a rear sock absorb shouldn't take this much time.
