[Resolved] Yamaha Motor India — Pathetic service of service center

I wanted to get the choke cable changed of my Yamaha Fazer. I called a couple of weeks ago to the Thane service center (Aims Yamaha) but they told that the part is not available.
So, I purchased the part from some other Yamaha service center at a different location, but they did not fit it as there was heavy rush on that day.
Now, being a Thane resident, I went to Thane service center, gave them the part to fit, but they are not ready to touch that.
As per them, the part is from other Yamaha service center. This is so frustrating as I purchased the part from genuine service center only. And the behaviour and the way they talk is so bad.

I want to file a strict complaint against this and want them to fit that part as it is now a waste for me.
