I am Nandini
On 12 November 2016 i gave my vehicle for service(yamaha fascino). I had many issues while giving my vehicle and they also suggested to oil change. Then the delivery date was today that is 14 November 2016. When i went today they gave me my vehicle after waiting for an hour. When they bought my vehicle they said they have serviced, but my vehicle was in same condition as i gave. They dint even wash my vehicle and they were returning vehicle just like that and there was a scarch on right mirror which was not there before and mirror was loose. Even oil is black in color and i dont think they have changed the oil.They took all the petrol too.
And is this the way of servicing the vehicle?
