Worst customer service... people in show room give fake promises just for the sake of booking bike in their showroom. No one knows how to treat customer.. I got fascino Matt blue while delivering there were so many scratches.. they promised that they will change the front visor set as scratch was deep and visible and also the same was mentioned in the bill.. after registration I came to the showroom so many times but they gave lame excuses... Instand of changing the front visor they have covered the scratch with blue paint and it was not matte finish.. am so pity for them" they could not even do the mistake properly" later we fought badly and stood with them while changing the visor... after changing the Visor indicator was not working they couldn't even test that before delivering as I was aware I found it... it was very worst service.. I couldnot even feel the happiness of new bike
-writing feedback sitting in their showroom ( they went to check the indicator)😆
