I have a Yamaha R15 version 2.0 2012 model. It has been lying idle and nonoperational from past 20 days. Reason being the part is not available apparently with any of the service centers near me. I live in Navi Mumbai. I have checked for the part in Mumbai as well. All of them have just one thing to say - We too have not received the part from the company from past 2 months. My bike is stranded in my office compound with dust, spider webs, and pigeons all over it. I hate to see that site. Such a horrible experience with Yamaha I am having for the first time. I raised email requests as well with [protected]@yamaha-motor-india.com. I got a few calls from Yamaha redarding this complaint. They are asking me to pay in advance and place an order for that part. I am ready to do that, but they are not ready to take the order saying that they have already placed an order for that. Hate to seesomebody else too is going through the same problems in this community.
