Updated by Gautam parekh I tried to book train ticket yesterday[protected] from Borivali (mumbai) to New Delhi, H NIZAMUDDIN, train no 12909 for October 13, 2022.
When I entered the passanger details and proceeded with payment through credit card the amount got deducted but my ticket was not booked .
The total amount deducted from my credit card was RS 2265.45.
I tried calling your customer care number immediately but there was no response on the number[protected] /10,[protected],[protected],[protected].
Now the status in my yatra app is showing that my ticket is cancelled.
Kindly let me know what has to be done and refund my amount which got deducted immediately.
Also provide me a working customer care number where I can speak regarding this issue.
