But didn't receive yet
Also day before yesterday I transferred money from zebpay to my account they were successful

Account type - Saving (req current)

Amount is deducted from my HDFC account but not showing in zebpay account.

If by mistake I have selected saving account, please transfer my money back to my account or transfer...

Money stuck

I have deposited my amount from zebpay registered bank to zebpay wallet from imps using google pay app.. but money not credit to my zebpay wallet. I have generated ticket for that but no reply us being received from their side.. there is no refund into the source account and also no credit has been given in my zebpay wallet.. TICKET ID #365514...

I have been deposited 20000 in Zeb pay's Kotak Mahindra Bank on 4th April 2021 by YONO SBI . Transaction shows as successful. But there is no deposited yet and no refund in my account.So please solve my problem....

Zebpay poor Customer response #356875

Hi

I have made a crypto transfer last 31st Mar 21 and couldn't find the successful details under transation hash. But crypto value and transation fee debited from zebpay wallet.

The same has been raised 3days back, still NO response from zebpay team.

My ticket id is #356875...

Tech glitch while withdrawing money from account

My Zebpay wallet is linked to [protected] and [protected]@gmail.com.
There is serious tech glitch while withdrawing money from my account I have been doing the exercise for last 5 days, earlier there was no receipt of reset SMS link, i reset PIN via webpage and even after successful logged and in mid of withdrawal process there is message as "Account Blocked". When checking on mobile it accepted the reset PIN but after all while again...

Can not debit funds

I have informed lots of time you whenever I sell my crypto currency that was an error like can not debut funds occur continue but still you have not respond yet or not given and solution please resolve as soon as possible this problem I have faced before 1 month, there is no problem in my bank account and payment gateway, this is totally zebpay problem I have attached screenshot please find it.....

Fund deposited in zebpay account but not credited in my zebpay wallet.

I have put 8000 to zeb pay account but i haven't got money in to zebpay wallet neither i got any refund. I don't know where my amount has gone. Kindly response there is no response in zebpay app. No ticket response has come up....
