Zomato — Delivered Fully damaged food .

Hey .my order no [protected] .i ordered food from Zomato and i paid 1167rs to Zomato. Zomato delivery valet delivered me fully damaged food . everything were spilled inside the package itself .cold drink were all spilled inside the box bcoz of it other food products also got wet . We cannot even able to have that.everything goes in dustbin. Firstly I call up to the restaurant person and i elaborate them my concern than they replied me by saying that we have handover my order to Zomato valet in a proper sealed packaging and we can also provide u CCTV footage of it. They told it's Zomato valet fault. He dis destroy my order. Than i complaint to Zomato along with click of that delivered order to me . But Zomato person just appogizing and not returning my hard earned money of 1167rs. That i paid to Zomato for food . Already two three days passed but Zomato is not interested to resolve my concern . Pls help me to get my hard earned money back pls . I am a single earning mother. I ordered food for my important guest and 1167rs is a very big amount for me . Who so ever read my complaint pls help me to get my money back from Zomato pls and i kindly request u Zomato person (sir/mam) pls return my paid amount of 1167rs back to me soonest possible. Pls.
