I didn't received zomato bag and t shirt fully payment on 4/1/24, 6:43 pm in g pay. Now till 3/5/24 not received. I raised ticket and informed my issue zomato executive team. But they no replay. Please help me refund my cash. I don't need zomato t shirt and bag anymore and i don't want work on it. My zomato id:fe3463930

    They have incorporated an AI based chatbot which does not do anything but reply to our texts.
    I asked for a order cancellation, but it confused me till delivery partner was assigned and now they are not ready for the order cancellation.
    Zomato customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      Wrong food item delivered and strawberry milkshake is missing

      I have ordered 1 chicken lollipop, 1 strawberry milkshake, 1 veg pulao, 1 chicken mughlai, 2 stuffed naan. But delivered wrong food items less in value and no strawberry milkshake.
      Instead they delivered chicken butter masala, mutton masala, zeera rice and naan (not stuffed one). So they somehow send me the food item of less value and not of my choice as well and charged me the full money....

      Related to payment

      On April 22, 2024, I placed an order for two chicken biryanis and made a payment of INR 400. However, the payment failed, and the amount was deducted from my bank account. The delivery person asked me to scan again and make the payment again, assuring me that the failed transaction amount would be refunded.       Ordered items missing many times and no proper redressal

      On 19/04/24, I ordered 2 masala dosai and 1 plain dosai online in Hot Chips, Ashok Nagar through Zomato app. When I received the food package, I could see only two parcels in it. Then, I called the person who delivered it and he said while receiving the package, he saw only two parcels in it.

      When I raised this issue with the customer care of Zomato, they did not respond properly. They took 3 days to reach to the restaurant...

      Complain regarding negligence in food safety.

      I ordered white sauce pasta from local restaurant named Janta Sweet Home, Saradarpura, Jodhpur. It had steel wire pieces in it probably from washing steel wool. It could have done serious injury to health. Please take strict action regarding this serious concern over negligence of food safety. I am attaching some photos below....

        incorrect food delivery from zomato and chicago pizza

        I can't use Cash On Delivery even after being a Gold Customer and not cancelling any order. I was able to use it till day before yesterday for Blinkit. Now I cant use in both Blinkit and Zomato.
