My Account is blocked and i don't know the reason behind i had my money in the app wallet and its blocked and i tried to mail Zomato 2-3 times they just said that it can't be unblocked, but i want my money in the wallet so please unblock my account and I'll again be the customer of the Zomato

My Account is blocked and i don't know the reason behind i had my money in the app wallet and its blocked and i tried to mail Zomato 2-3 times they just said that it can't be unblocked, but i want my money in the wallet so please unblock my account and I'll again be the customer of the Zomato. Yesterday I had ordered food which was less in quantity and was very oily. I made several complaints yesterday and today my account is blocked. The reason stated was 'unusual activity'; why is complaining an unusual activity?

I account has been suspended for no reason for over 15 days. I cant even open the app so cant use the gold. I tried to contact through emaik but they did not respond. Also I tried to contact through helpline number but alk the number are invalid or out of service. What nonsense is this?
