[Resolved]  Zoomcar — Refund due to breakdown Issue

We had a trip on 22/03/2024 and due to breakdown of the car in the middle of the road we were not able to travel further and we had to rush to the station for train and our whole trip got wasted. We have already complaint to zoom car about the same and we received the mail from zoomcar and we were asked to reply with images. we have already submitted and reply to mail but still our complaints is not resolved. Our Ticket - 1979559,
