[Resolved]  Zoomcar — Urgent: Request for Clarification and Full Refund for Booking Issue

On January 14, 2024, I, Nishant Singh ([protected]@gmail.com), made a reservation for a Maruti Swift MT petrol with the registration number MH12UF8665 through the Zoomcar app. I paid a total of INR 3852. However, upon reaching the designated location, the car was not parked as indicated on the app. After some effort, we located the car, but encountered issues with unlocking it and couldn't find the car key.

Despite numerous attempts to contact the car owner, Avinash Shivaji Salve, he did not answer our calls. Due to the inconvenience, we decided to cancel the booking, especially since it was nighttime. We received a refund of INR 3364. We are puzzled about the calculation of this amount, considering we never even started the car. We believe we should be entitled to a full refund and kindly request the reimbursement of the remaining amount of INR 488

Thanks a lot, the issuse has been resolved, I got my money back which has been deducted by the Zoomcar.
Zoomcar customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

I booked a car from the app on 11th May, however due to some issue my profile was not getting verified even after making the entire payment. I cancelled the booking and requested for a refund on 12th May. It’s showing on the app that the refund is initiated and also successful but I did not receive any amount in my account. I made the payment through gpay. I am attaching the booking id and screenshot of the transaction below. Kindly look into it and do the needful as soon as possible. Booking ID: JPSNJOUSN
