I had been communicated regarding the 10GB per month of data for next three months as surprise offer. The validity of this offer is till 30th April. But today when I open 'my app', I could find that banner highlighting this offer, while it was there a couple of days back.
I tried calling customer care, but they didn't provide any solution or reason for this....

I have shifted from bsnl to airtel as post paid customer due to network problems last year. For the last 48 hours i am getting no service signal and on few occasions weak signal with wodafone shown against signal. Neither i am able to make calls nor receive calls. This is Manas here. My Airtel No. [protected]. I am using this SIM more than six months. On 27th of April my phone no is not working. When I spoke with Airtel customer care they said SIM blocked because of I am not using this no. last 90 days.

I am attaching the screen shots of SMS that I received from Airtel recharged Rs. 349 on 20th of April. My SIM blocked on 27th Of April. Why my SIM is blocked?

Recently Airtel is advertised some big words "4G network", "fastest network" blah, blah, blah.

But in reality airtel is getting worst day by day. Earlier my phone was working on atleast 3g. But after this Airtel 4g my phone is working on EDGE or GSM. When i filled a complaint, every one says its tower issue. But no one resolves it. When i checked by myself the illegal airtel towers were removed from our area.

Airtel is one of the bad network they cheating and earnings money and blackmailing by cutting the service in my family we are 7 members using airtel network and also broadband monthly we billing rs 4000 to 5000 now you airtel need to remove my all late fee which u got from my knowledge then i will pay the bill else all of them going to change the network to jio ....

I am having airtel mobile no [protected] and having problem of connectivity of gujarat mobile number [protected]. If i rang this number with my airtel number i receive the message saying that ' this number does not exit" i have also tried from other airtel number which i am having also get the same message.
I have visited your airtel service center at udupi they are not able to solve the problem.

Airtel offered me 200 ripped discount on my plan 499 as most of them gong to jio.i stayed back with airtel now they are saying it's not like that .so u cheated the customers in a cheap way once a given word of 6 months offer should not be taken back this is not good for a big network like ths...

I recharge the 399 and it promises rhat its validity is till 56 days but in recharge sms the validity of this is written 28 days .
So can i get the 56 days validity of this pack...

But now I have shut down this no. but I have an amount of Rs 415.84 which I have paid in advance and now I need refund of that money.

I have taken Airtel broadband connection (account number [protected]) in Oct 2016 after paying 3 months advance rental of Rs. 4304. After 1 month they generated bill, I raised complaint (ref no.[protected] and they promised to adjust the advance paid in the bill but kept on generating the bills for 2nd and 3rd month.
