Its very disappointing to see that a simple query for a bill plan change has taken more then two weeks. Additionally Airtel doesn't care to reach back to the customer in time and the intention is to continuously overcharge the customer. I have been trying to reach out to customer care for more then two weeks now to escalate the issue but there is no response. Seems like they want me to withdraw and take my account to a competitor....

I have been regularly using 3G data services of Airtel since last 2 years. Recently Airtel launched a Rs. 29 3G recharge with 30 days validity. Since I always look for best offers for data packs before recharging, I found Rs. 29 to be best suited for me as it would increase my data validity to another 30 days. I already had a data balance of 1.3Gb and over 5Gb night and recharge would have added another 75Mb.
