The quality of service of airtel's cellular network that i've been getting over the last few months have really been unsatisfactory. And it's not just me that has been facing this but several people that i know have been getting the same kind of service from airtel. And it has also gotten worse and i fear that it may get even more so in the coming months....

I called at 121 on 5th july from my landline and placed a request to discontinue my broadband services with immediate effect and change my plan to minimum normal landline phone calls. I am very frustrated with the service I am receiving right now just for getting the broadband connection. I submitted the forms and documents on Thursday last week. Someone called from the number +381 (only 3digits) around 2:00 PM dated 05/10/2016 to my Airtel Prepaid Number, but i did'nt receive the call & i googled for that County Code details, I found that call is coming from the country 'Serbia'. Be aware of such calls .
Indian Government should take action on such type of FAKE calls, It is irritating.

I have asked my connection to be terminated in August, which one of their executives said will be done but i am still receiving bills from them. Despite calling them repeatedly and telling them that i have terminated my connection, they say I have outstanding bills, that is only mounting up because of added rental per month! I signed up for 10+2 offer of mega 44 hd pack which included hbo hd and movies now 2 hd... To my surprise they suddenly closed both of these channel due to which i opted the pack in first lace. It is so unprofessional for company like airtel.. Now all they say is to buy the channel additional.

I am a Aircel customer right from the time of RPG and I have about a dozen mobile connections.
I am also Airtel customer having Broadband and Digital connection.

As I felt Airtel is a better company to relay upon, I called on your sales team and signed the required papers to shift all my mobile connections since number portability is available.

After i really got fed up with the service provided by airtel and airtel express store guy and also after following up for days and i thought will write to nodal officer of bangalore and other possible mail ids i got. I didn't get any response yet.

I have taken a new prepaid SIM and it is not active till 72 hours. The corresponding airtel office keep saying it will be active within so and so hours. Customer service representative has no clue and not able to assist in knowing why the number is not active. Customer care are kept to assist the customers. Sir I have ported my number from idea to airtel because they offered me airtel to airtel 10 Paise and local std 30 Paise for 90 days .after porting they are deducting me 1 Paise per second and they aren't providing what they offered me.I called customer care and they are telling me it's only for new customers.if this is case y you are offered me ..and cheated me..this is a New way of cheating a customer..losing ur credability.....
