Hi team, as per new rules i had selected my own package by going on airtel website and had submitted the request on 30th jan. One of the worst service i have experienced from airtel dth service. Its been a 6 days you people are giving lame reasons. As requested by trai rules, i have created my own plan by selecting only the required channels and received a message that the plan will take effect from 48 hours on 31st jan 2019. But now no channels are coming, when i checked on my artel app my plan than see 2170/month plan is active.
