MOGLIX Order No 3271300 CHAIRS

Bought chairs from Moglix Online, Chairs poor quality products fake leather tears in 2 months & they say no warranty on leather
Wheels of chair break in 2 months
feel Cheated with Moglix as in warranty they say no warranty on leather which has cracked and tearing in just 3 months...

Wrong product delivered

Wrong product with a different model number was delivered. But now they have rejected the replace or return request. Ordered a wheelchair of model number KL524L. But they delivered KL524 without lever system. The website had mentioned the wrong model number which led me to buy the product in the first place. Refund still not initiated after returning the product 30 days ago

I had returned an incomplete product to moglix. From the day of return from my end, it's been 30 days. The delivery is still lying in the supplier city for almost 16 days now and moglix just informs that they can initiate the refund after the delivery. It is unimaginable to think that a delivery is lying in the city for 16 days without being returned.
Even with multiple follow ups, no update on any progress neither any SLA's defined...

Product not delivered

Address:R4-4, Staff quarters, Valuthur gas turbine power station

I had ordered Allen cooper steel toe shoe with order id - 3337376 dt 13.6.2021. The estimated delivery time was scheduled in a week. But its nearly 20 days over & still I dint receive the product as on date. No tracking details available for the product....

Order # 3324863 Fiable 50L HDPE Blue Dustbin with Lid 4 Wheels, FDB 50 A

The order was delivered on 10th June, 2021, one of the bins was defective with a broken wheel. Request for replacement took many attempts. Finally it was accepted. Pick up for replacement was pathetic, they kept sending people even after it was picked up. And now I am still waiting for the replacement despite many reminders and mail. They keep replying they will update the status within 24-48 hours which still hasnt happened. Requested them...

No answer from customer care moglix

I ordered a baja table fan from moglix but the two blades of the fan was broken and even the box was in bad condition. I filed a return but it was rejected. I tried calling the customer care but I didn't get any response....

My experience with Moglix has been very bad. I ordered a small manual lawn mower which cost me a little less than Rs. 3000. I received my order in a very sorry looking plastic sack with handles popping out and the sack was sewn with a thin rope. When I opened the sack there was only a grass collection basket and handle. The main component which is the mower with blade was missing. I called up the delivery guy who asked me to contact Moglix....

Faulty hardware product

I have an order : [protected] placed and received a faulty product in package. They didnt follow the return policy stating ‘Package is sealed back and branded’ so contact the direct brand.
However every package will be sealed packed only !!!
Customer service didnt helped at all. Worst experience ..
I am gonna take legal action and already raised complaint to NCDRC ( National consumer disputes redressal commission)...

Delay delivery

Dera sir,
I have order safety shoes on 8th may.
Moglix order details show it's processing from 8th may & now 11th may.

Every evening I call moglix care no & they told me they provide tracking details tomorrow then next day they don't give me any tracking details & say next day they provide.
Please sir help me i really need this shoes urgent....

1. you have packed all 4 panels in a single box so it is very heavy and difficult to deliver the product in a two-wheeler.
2. I agree to pay the local trolly change for receiving the product. still, I am not receiving the products
