I have done an IMPS transfer of 25000 INR from my icici bank to the registered account of Zebpay. My amount and transaction show success and money got deducted from the account but still the amount not showing in my wallet.
I have raised multiple tickets with customer service however no one is responding yet. Kindly resolve this as soon as possible otherwise I will go with legal action.
