Sir Zomato bag and tshirt not received from 27 days. They said my address was wrong but after that they re-enter my address on 4 February and tell that received 7 to 10 days but wright now not receive...

So today i ordered food paid in advance . I was waiting . The order eas confermed and the delivery guy was shown to be on the eay . But after waiting half an hour, The order didn't arrive at all . Instead I got a messag that My order is canceled and my money is gone too . They gave this excuse that they couldn't get to me by call. Which is a lie as I was on phone all the time. ....

I placed order from zomato from pizza crowd order no. [protected] of amount 87.12, in that order 1 rupee was to be deducted from my wallet and rest of it I got request to pay it on gpay but on gpay it's showing that payment got successful and my order is not placed, please help me to provide that refund I am sharing payment details

I ordered food from Zomato yesterday worth 414rs. The delivery guy didn't deliver my order and Zomato gave me 414rs coupon which I used today in the morning . I used 330 from that amount and the rest was wasted . This is unfair....

Actually I order a biryani on 31st dec 2023 on that i did not got any food delivery from zomato nearly i waited for 4hrs for food but still didn't get any food on that day So i raised complaint to zomato for Refund but still I didn't got any refund. I'm Requesting since from 1 moth still they are not respodimg to my mails...

Have suffered for fraud of zomato, as yesterday i have order food at 3.37 pm, i have waited 3 hours of delay on food and food has been not delay till 6, 22, my refund has been not issued and on app food is showing delivered without delivery, So i would like to file legal complaint on zomato. I have attached the delivery order time and also the app shows the food delivery but I did not receive any food....
