I ordered food at 10.29 pm & got my food at 12.09 am, after calling multiple tym n msg to zomato guys. Even i told dem i can't wait for long refund my amount i don't need my order. They won't listen n delivery partner also refused to tk food bck and zomato agents are telling stories. I ordered item from Meghna Foods on 18th Nov, which delivered delayed and I claimed against on time guarantee for delivery. As per that I should get 100% refund but got only 135rs. But I couldn't see that in anywhere to use in next time.
