[Resolved]  2Gud — cancellation and refund

On 20th january i ordered a phone(samsung galaxy on nxt) from 2Gud refurbished site. It was expected to get delivered on 25 jan, 2019 but many days passed since 25 jan but the product didn't get delivered so i cancelled the order but till now i haven't got any refund. I contacted customer care many times but they keep on saying that it is just because of technical error. I m totally fed up of their excuses.i jst want the refund for the product i bought on emi.

I have new iPhone 6s phone order a 2gud.com on 17th oct delivered my phone ..1st time box was open no headphone ..charger r not plugpoint inside..finally I return this phone 2days to go no response 2gud.com ..no refund money ..
