I have ordered from 2gud trusting the old franchise [flipkart]
But i have to say i'm disappointed that the seller on 2gud
Sent me a non working mobile [network issue] i have done checking with all sims
The phone is sketchy since it doesn't have imei on it or the software
Also the phone displays imei, serial number, product number as null.
I have been trying to contact the helpdesk since a week and all my mails are met with a pre framed robotic messages with 24 hrs callback but i never got one
Its really stressful since the replacement time period [10 days]
Might run out when i'll be getting a proper response
The seller is not even accepting a replacement request, its pending since 7 march [delivered date]
The helpdesk is not even escalating the concern to solve it asap
It seems they don't even care about the customer satisfaction
And i heavy doubt their so called 48 checks the phone has to go through
Before placing product for sale
Finally they lost my trust
I don't want the replacement i just want my money back [refund]
