[Resolved]  2Gud — dead refurbished phone

I have ordered redmi y2 from 2gud.com but it came as a dead phone. When i file a return request, its rejected and my account got blocked. I tried lot to contact and resolve the issue with 2gud team. But they are refusing me. Kindly help me to get my refund back.
