[Resolved]  2Gud — redmi note 4 black

Address: Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh

Before 1 month ago i had bought phone of redmi note 4 but there was a issue in its jack and i had returned that phone, the delivery boy take the phone and i was assured that my refund will be a next 7 days but it going 1 month and no refund i have received. I had phone the 2gud customer 3 times a day and they said, "your refund will be initiated by seller and you get it by 5 days"... Please please help me you are my last hope..

They mail and call me many time and repeatedly said that your refund can't be initiate due to technical issue.. Till now (1.5 months) I haven't got any refund. Company Id - help@2gud.com You are my last hope, I think you will take some appropriate action.

2gud said refund initiate on 29 th April, after 7 th April till date I didn't receive my refund, they send me the reference number but the reference number is invalid when I contact to bank they told me contact to 2gud .I don't know what am I do now.my bank reference number is- QUR[protected].
And my order id is- OD[protected].
