Trivial issue of junction box power is not resolved since 18 days and continuing.

I have enclosed the bill copy here with. I would suggest none of them to go by the words and make full payment by trusting act broadband dealers as they will not initate refund in case of no connectivity. I have contacted customer care 5 times till today. And each time i am told that within 24 hours i’ll be receiving payment which i haven’t. I have been contacting act broadband from the time i have taken their connection with regards to unstable connection & disconnects every month. They send an engineer & it's fine for 1 month. Again the disconnects, unstable connections. When i contact customer support all they do is apologize & take ownership but, then it's the same issue over & over again. Worst support from them....
