I ordered my shoes on 16/06/20 order no.[protected] and it's delivered on 22/06/20. Due to covid 19 after 2 days when i opened box and tried the shoes but not satisfied with the product because of slightly loose and looks different as expected. I was confused wheather to keep or not but few days later i thought to return and finally returned on 26/06/20 courier boy told me to wait 7 days for refund and after six days when their is no response from the adidas. I called adidas customer service for help and they told me that shoes not passed quality check. Even tag was also not opened then also they are saying that shoes was used, i only wore that shoes for checking my size and to see how it's looks only 2 time inside my house only but then also they are refusing to give refund and sending my shoes back to me. I don't want that shoes anymore now i just need my refund. My mom is completely against online shopping and if she know that i got stucked in this online shopping then she will never allow me to do online shopping. This is my first time to report a complaint against this please try to solve my problem and help me to get out from it as soon as posible.
