Dear sir/ madam
I would like to inform you following few lines for your kind information and favourable action please.
01) Sir/ Madam I purchased 02 no.s of Tshirts from Adidas offical app my registered mail id is [protected]@gmail.com. I ordered both the Tshirts ln different date and then i received both of them on different date. I have some fitting issues regarding both the same so i make a return request of both of them and for your information the order no. Of the Tshirts is AIN00359967 and AIN00331101.
02) Then on Jan 08 2022 the deleivery boy from bluedart from adidas had reached to my station and after verify both the Tshirts they collect both of them. They even check all the tags quality related things and matches the images which are in his mobile to ensure that the recived product by him from me is actual a original one or not and after meet all the conditions they satisfied and collect both of them. So, as a customer my responsibilty and liability is over and that point of time.
03) After that on jan 16 2022 i recieved a call from adidas customer care in which they told me that one of the Tshirt who's order no. Is AIN0033101 has passed in quality check and the refund of order no:- AIN0033101 is credited to my bank account the other one whose order no. Is AIN00359967 is not passed because of the wrong quality received . And i also send call recording on jan 16 2022 in which the deleivery boy has accepted that they collect the article has per the images which are send to him by adidas in his mobile.
04) So, today on jan 27 2022 i make a call to adidas customer care to know the status of my product because in every 2-3 days i make a call to your representative someone is saying different thing and other is saying something i am very much confused and harrased because i did not receive a meangiful answer and it is having 1 mnth that i cant even recieved my refund. So when i make a call they said to me that your product is failed in quality check there is having a wrongful item.
05) Now, sir my question is that when I handed over both the product to the courier partner which are send by adidas and when they received the product by having all the satisfaction so my liability is over and even i did not after that what happens because a customer my liability is over . Maybe they doing something illegal and maybe something wrong is happening from his side so that why may be adidas received a wrongful article. But in this entire matter who can you blame a customer when they meet all the responsibility by his side.
06) so on the same day jan27 2022 i told the adidas customer team to snd me the images of that product which you be recieved and which u called as wrongful item. They snd me only one image to me and in that image only the upper portion of the tshirts seems to show. But i am shocked when i see that image because sir it is the exact one which I ordered and which i returned because there is a tag attached to that tshirt in which all the specifications which is Article no, Model no, country in which made, colour all are same. So, i demand to snd me more pics so that can confirm surely this is the exact one but they denied It means it is clearly shown that they are willfully harrasing me because at one point they said u snd wrong product and when I demand to snd me more images. They denied and when i match the product which i ordered to the image they snd me it shows the product is same. ( As per your information i snd u the image which is given by me from adidas and also the image of the product which I ordered.
