I had ordered a Man U jersey but returned it on 22nd Nov due to size issues. The product was not getting picked up (again poor service from Adidas) until 7th Dec, 2021.
Since then I have been following up with everyone possible to get my refund back. I am neither getting my refund back nor any updates from Adidas team.
I have raised complaints in Resolver, Escalated it and yet no updates.
After 25days, they are replying me saying they have not received the product yet and asking me for delivery details. How will I know that? It is one of Adidas's delivery agents who picked up the product on 7th Dec.
All I have are these messages which I received from agents on a daily basis. Now, I neither have the product nor the refund. What should I do?
