I ordered a couple of shoes on the 12th september 2020.Order number[protected]. I received the same on the 18th. So far so good.
Of the two pairs, I found one, not to my liking and requested return of the same, immediately.
On the 19th, your representative picked up the material from me. There was acknowledgement from your end for this, like we get it from Amazon or Flipkart.
After waiting for a reasonable period, on the 23rd I contacted your customer care number.
I was informed that there was a lengthy process. The returned material will have to reach your warehouse and it takes a maximum of 7 days. Then after scrutiny to accept the return and authorise refund it will take another 7 working days. This in itself was shocking. Amazon refunds the money without hours after collecting the returns.
Till date, I have been calling them with interval of three days only to listen to the same story. The material has not reached their warehouse and they can do nothing about this.
Kindly advise further course oaf action.
So far I have not received a single mail or call from your end.
Each time I try to call you takes about 30 minuted to speak to your representative.
There is no professional approach.
Hope something will happen at least after this.
