Made an online order on March 18th, 2024, for a total amount of SAR 658.45 that was immediately deducted from my credit card.
A message was received that order has been delivered although till date I didn’t receive the order. Several emails and chat messages were made to adidas without any resolution made and finally they prohibited my messages and currently I am receiving a delivery failure email!!!
Is this the customer satisfaction they are claiming they have!!! The worst experience ever I have ever met… No clear response, no responsive shipment company, no support, complete ignorance and unprofessional handling problems received..
A very frustrating experience!!
I was very loyal to the brand, i used to buy all over the world for all my family..
During same period I made an adidas order from Namshi application in which I received successfully without any delays or issues.
Currently, I want either my order or my money back!!!
