Adidas — wrong practice

Dear Team,

With very hard feeling and a very old customer of your company I'm writing this mail with no bad feeling for Adidas as I'm the ambassador of this brand in my marathoner group, friends and family.

The incident is as below
Im a half marathoner from indore, as per routine purchase of shoes from different adidas stores i purchase a pair of running shoe from your store

As a marathoner while wearing the shoe i told then this shoe is technically not good for any runner and can harm upper portion of foot as the upper most portion of shoe of very narrow and whole part is double stitched hence no elasticity for any extention o[censored]pper portion.
But the team of Engineers in shoe technology leaded by a lady employed in that store tried to convince me and sold me that shoe with a commitment that if i not found the shoe appropriate store will exchange with same discount within 2 days.

On next morning i wore the shoe at 6:00am
Found uncomfortable
The thought was, this is a new shoe and will take time.
I started my workout on trade mill For 20 min my legs forced me to stop due to shoes.
Then again i tried and same thing happened.
I repacked the shoe in as in it condition and reached the store approx 12:00 noon on 19/07/2019 next day of purchase with my Two marathoner friends( one is fastest runner of Indore in Tata Marathon 2019, Mumbai and a leading athlete of Indore) whom suggest me Adidas for running shoe also.
Just a night passed after billing.

I told the whole story to your store manager they politely shown me another pure bounce shoe with open upper portion, i chosen and they told me it is of 12000/- with 40% discount.

I told them that you guys promised me to exchange the shoe if not found comfortable on same discount, i reached to your store before 24 hours of purchase then why not 50%.

Is I'm demanding anything unethical or unjustified.
Then the tone and way of talking suddenly change by all the good human being in store.
All the law, rules, regulations came across me.

No one including the lady manager doesn't want to hear any word from me.

My only question is i purchased a shoe on 50% discount from a branded showroom on faith on words of employees of the store wearing 3 strips worlds most valuable brand changed on there words to cheat a exiting customer to earn 10% extra on basis of so called rules and regulations of that brand who is also a brand leader in customer care and health of customers.

I told them that if you're not able to exchange then give me my hard earned money back to me and the answer is 'we can't The rules and regulations of adidas doesn't allow us to do so you can only purchase the shoe with maximum discount of 40% only or you can take this stuff back with you'

As a consumer i raised my voice to check your product which may harm to regular runners.

The store manager and the employees then started shouting that there product is very much ok the problem is in your foot only and told me to leave the store with defective shoe and come to the store when they have 50% discount for guys like me.
Means low income persons or lower caste persons.
On a very bad note i left the shoe at the store only, not able to take the shoe home after this type of disrespect of customer and word swapping of your store. Plz check with store that the shoe is there and you can check the design of shoe.

I checked and found that type of shoes has been discontinued by adidas due to technical error in design. Is it so then why you sold me that shoe as a consumer if the shoe harmed my feet then who else will took the responsibility.

Plz prepare yourself for every question.
All the things related to this incident is with me.

Attached the invoice only, others will be shared shortly in absence of any revert.

I just want to remind store owner and adidas that my money is hard earned we are not making extra money by making our customers fool to earn 10% extra.

Please provide me new strap
I purchased a slipper in adiddas showroom. But within 2 month it is damged.Its sole has been big now. And also within 2weeks it will be broke. Very lowquality, we are not expecting this from adidas so Kindly do the needfull
