Iam having more than 13 post paid connection with you in the name of kolandai motors in the scheme of rs; 2000/- where there is no rental for 2 years. Since on of my connection bearing no [protected] paid the amount rs;2000/-on 21.07.2016 recpt no:2435. Bot you are charging rental in every month bill. Even though informed to your dealer poncel at namakkal (Where connection got from them). No use in that. There is no responce and even your dealer is not attending the phone. Since the connection is also disconneted every month and charging late fees. (Bill amount is only rental with tax) where it should not be charged in this scheme. So taken action regarding this or i will surnderall my connection and move to another company. If this complaint is not rectified i will take legal action on this mater. Which makes me huge trouble.

    I tried sending the port sms to 1900 several times only to get the "not sent. Tap to try again" error message. This happened every time i tied, without exceptions.
    Tired, i called aircel customer care only to learn that several other customers had similar issues. Hence they are accepting the same request over the phone (Good!).

    The sla i was given was 24 hours.
    After 24 hours, when i called to check status, i was told by another rep that although my request was taken, 'my mobile number was not highlighted. I've no clue whatever that means.

    I wonder what the 1st rep meant by 'request has been taken' if he forgot such a critical step as highliting my number (If that's really the case). The 2nd rep noted my complain, gave me a complaint number and a fresh sla of 24 hours.

    Dear aircel, if you think you can squeeze customers' balls (Or whatever applicable) by preventing a port-out, you've picked on the wrong customer. I don't give a flying # about changing numbers while changing nsps.

    I'll wait for another 24 hours as was very politely requested of me. If i still don't get that stupid-# upc, you (Aircel) can go # yourselves. There are other nsps waiting for disgruntled customers like me.

      I have never asked for activation of the plan ndmc170317pi2. Nor did i reply 'yes' for auto renewal, which my message history clearly shows. Yet the plan is being activated every day and the balance being reduced. Since i have not used any internet service under this plan nor i have asked for activation, i request aircel to
      1. Refund the amount cut under this plan
      2. Disable the plan asap

      This is very disheartening that any plan can get activated on your mobile phone of its own accord and then keep on emptying your balance sheet

        Already i have visited your showroom in trichy-tamilnadu office enough (3) times for my service request migration form postpaid to prepaid mobile no : [protected],
        All my visits you have replied to me it's impossible, after this i have sent mail to your appellate authority they had replied to me and they have specifically mentioned it's possible to migration form postpaid to prepaid mobile no : [protected] for your ref : appellate reference number is 1-[protected].

        After this also i have visited your showroom in trichy-tamilnadu and shown your appellate reference number is 1-[protected] also, simply you have denied my request migration form postpaid to prepaid mobile no : [protected].
        I'm ready to submit the following documents along with application form:
        ø copy of address proof
        ø copy of photo id proof
        ø passport size photograph
        And
        I'm also ready to pay last month bill payment and current month full rent with tax. Still they have denied my request.

          My aircel sim is not working! Dont k why! Pls help me recover has the is linked with many of my social networking accounts and friends!! The sim has been deactivated on it's own!               I am the customer of aircel since last 3-4 years and shame to inform you.

              I didn't activate the pack ndmc170317 p12 it got auto activated and as a result everyday 2 rs getting deducted from my account.

              Resolve it or i will leave the sim forever.

              Getting irritated by this pack who will waste 2rs everyday.

                  I am abhishek, i called to customer care fot information about deduction of balance, he said that one service model weekly activated on your number but there is no confirmation with my side for this activation. I told to him to return my balance, he said he cannot return. I told him to tranfer call to his senior then he was speechless there is no reply from his side. Here what's my fault... This is not fair

                      Further, we would like to inform you that there was a data consumption of 34355 KB on 1st Jun’17 for which Rs. 337.72 has been debited from your balance as there was no data pack active in your account and hence you’re not able to make outgoing calls.

                                  I have applied for UPC code from aircel many times. But the aircle company is not providing me the UPC code as i want to port my aircel number to vodafone. The reason for porting is that there is no aircel network at my work place even when I leave mumbai there are very few cities where aircel provides network. Otherwise vodafone or airtel supports the network. I request aircel to please give me the UPC code.
