I am using this no. May since 8 or 9 years. I am so disappointed with network & data services, even my call data was also shared to some recovery agency.
Finally you lost your customer after this however i still carry that no.
I want to update since couple of years ndairsms2 has been started automatically. I have made complaint, also deactivated so many time however this started every time without my approval.
So i have decided now, not to top up any more, as per my mindset aircell is making money by this way cause they are the worst service provider i have ever seen in india & overseas.
For your info i have switched to vodafone, considering, no one is bothered about customer in aircel.
I think by mistake i have charged my phone with 150 twice, please keep that money and be happy, with that earning only.
If you think i am writing more then enough, please check my ndairsms2 pack, for which i never requested & your network, which is of no use.

We would like to inform you that you have been charged Rs 2/- for Auto Renewal SMS pack on daily reactivation basis.
Although, we have deactivated the service but the charges are found to be correct and we regret that no waiver is applicable in this regard.
