Date of deduction: April and May (both months)
Last month 90 rupees and 35 rupees this month, went from my balance regarding games club. But i unsubscribed it and sent sms to deactivate. But still i did not get my money back. Now 35 rupees balance in my account. Please send me my money. 125 rupees. Please please unsubscribe all plans and deactivate. I need that money . Please understand and send my money back to my account of balance.

    I am using this no. May since 8 or 9 years. I am so disappointed with network & data services, even my call data was also shared to some recovery agency.
    Finally you lost your customer after this however i still carry that no.
    I want to update since couple of years ndairsms2 has been started automatically. I have made complaint, also deactivated so many time however this started every time without my approval.
    So i have decided now, not to top up any more, as per my mindset aircell is making money by this way cause they are the worst service provider i have ever seen in india & overseas.
    For your info i have switched to vodafone, considering, no one is bothered about customer in aircel.
    I think by mistake i have charged my phone with 150 twice, please keep that money and be happy, with that earning only.
    If you think i am writing more then enough, please check my ndairsms2 pack, for which i never requested & your network, which is of no use.

      "28gb data+ul calls @ rs349!! Aircel offer-recharge today with rc 349 & enjoy unlimited calls+ 1gb 3g daily for 28d, data benefit credited withing 24hrs. T&c apply."
      But i didn't get any data benefit, 28gb is just a #.

                  I can't understand that why do u do this with customer, u r demanding a screenshot whereas offer showed under USD *121#, now how can I show u a screenshot, before I recharged I talked to customer care about *121# USD offer, he answered me that whenever u recharge this, only by retailer only then u will get full benefit, which means 60 days instead of 28 days, then I did so, retailer also checked this offer which are same (60 days). Please provide me my full benefit as 60 days.

                    Today i have recharged my number 3 times. First time failed and two times it says as success. Quickly they detected money from my bank account and posted conformation on received notification on https://epayment.aircel.com/aircelonlinerecharge/. but balance has not added in my mobile account. They really had a worst service as usual. It really irritating. I can give them 1 out of 5. Very worst service. There is not even proper response of return the money back. They r so cool to answer. Totally 5 people were talking the same story and invalid reasons from their side. *

                                Sir i am complaining this second time.
                                On my first complain responce is fake by ur side. Just complain no made and then msg came resovled but no action taken pllz its my 5 to 6 year old no pllz give some genuine responce hope u understand.
                                And ur customer service is worst my last call got connected after 5months of trying and after listing my complain they put me on hold and after 4 min call get disconnected from ther side pllz

                                  I went to aircel store, tambaram on first week of may 2017, and registered a request for postpaid to prepaid conversion. They told to pay for extra 20 days. i asked why, they told like it will take 20 days for conversion.

                                  But i refused to pay the extra amount. for the sake of this they didn't register my request.
