Sir, i am holding a pre-paid aircel mobile no. [protected] in noida (Ncr circle). I did recharge of rs 99 (You give offer of 125 on recharge of 99 at that time) on 5th may 2017, after 1 hour i got the message of recharge successful, but when i checked the balance, there was no increment, from that time i'am trying to call customer care (198), but none of your customer care executive is free, i have tried lot of times. Please suggest me what to do now.
