Hello sir this is rahul from last 3 months yo have been cutting my main balance without any reason... I don't know how but they activate some service automatically and cut my balance every time i want my money back or else i will make a complaint to your senior authorities... I called customer care (121) they said it will not happen in future... And we cannot refund the balance.. And i would like to add that i got these explanations from customer care 5-7 times... But still no action taken... Please solve this issue.. Every time i recharge my no they cut 30- 50 balance without even informing me...

      I haven't got talk time amount what shown their website. why they are not update their website. I think that is fault of aircel company because they shown wrong information to the public. On recharge of Rs. 60 company shown you will get Rs. 55 as TT, but when I recharged Rs. 60 I got only Rs. 52 as TT. When I called 198 for complaint they said that online recharge complaint they can't granted.

        Today morning i have made a complaint about aircel. I have also called customer executive but the executive cut my call telling me that i will get my balance within an hour. But after that i am trying to call customer executive regularly but unable to call as they blocked me like earlier also they blocked me. Still i have not got my deducted amount. I have not wasted my money to stole by aircel company. Aircel is a real mother company. Dear aircel i request you to please your mother let others also to your mother and believe me you can earn much more money. You dont need then to stole money from customer's account.

        Dear Sir,
        This is to inform you that Aircel always cheated their customers. My name is Vishal Kumar and I am from Gaya (Bihar). Previously I was using a ported aircel no since last 1 yr. & always I am facing problem with that. Sometimes balance deduction without my knowledge & sometimes other problem. I had also contacted customer executive a number of times but no one is there to listen me carefully & clear my doubt. And one time the customer executive also uses bulger word while having a talk & then my no had been blocked to contact customer care. When I got fed up of all these circumstances I quit to aircel & comverted my number into Airtel. Now, recently I have purchased new aircel number and recharged it with Rs.70 and all my balance got deducted without my knowledge. I have not subscribed to any thing. Aircel subscribed anything without customer knowledge and cut money from main balance.
        Sir, I request you to please take some immediate action regarding my complain and save normal people from these types of fraud/ scam by these companies.

            While I was browsing the Internet, I received an sms that rs5 has been deducted from my account for some FASHION AND GLAMOUR WEEKLY pack, and said it'll auto renew for rs35 a week so I stopped it with the no. provided 155223 by messaging. I received that no VAS is enabled. The next day ie today rs35 has been deducted for the pack upper mentioned. I tried calling the customer care 198, said all the supporters are busy, and then I tried the same several times, but they remained busy then too. Please Sir help me I'm a middle class student and it'll be difficult for me to handle these issue.

              Sir to day(14.05.16)i have done recharge(12.50pm) on my aircel no-[protected] .before rechagre i did a call in west bengal customer care then they were advise to me on queies.my queries was 398 pack details? then they told that unlimited aircel to aircel 28 days.then i did recharge.after recharge i have got only 21 days unlimited.then i did a called then 3 persons are told that d't warry you shall enjoy 28 days and also told that 28 days were activate on my number.but after some time i did check *143*0398# then show that only 21 days.after that i did a called one person were told that offer were change then i have recquest to him to talk to his senior but senior were not hepl me.after that bolck my no i did not contact to customer care so please sir help me other wise i will port to another company.pls sir grant my request as soon as posible .

                    After 2 to 3 days of activation of my aircel sim. Games club service with auto renewable automatically got activated. It is deducting balance after every two days. Whenever i try to deactivate it is saying no service is activated. But my balance is getting deducted with a message.

                    So i want you to deactivate the service as well as i want you to refund my balance.

Yesterday I have recharged and today got notification that I have been successfully subscribed to Games Club Service and all my balance got deducted automatically. Aircel is a cheater company. It not happens with me for the first time. It happens regularly only the deduction method is different all the times. Every 2-3 days I saw that my balance is less than actual. I have tried to contact customer executive but instead of solving my issue, they cut the call immediately and after that I am unable to call customer support for few days..I only asked to aitcel that you are running such a big business. Value for it. Why did you cut customer balance. Dont you have money to survive.? You begger. Why dont you take some katora and come on road for money by begging? Ask person like allah k naam pe de de baba and you will earn some money. Then you dont need to cut customer balance for your survival...

                        I have been using auto renewal facility for very long time on my prepaid mobile but this time Aircel have been at fault & they are to be blamed for this.
                        I recieved SMS from Aircel on 03/05/16 at 09.22 that Local pack RC33 will be renewed soon & I will be charged Rs33. To unsubscribe dial *122*303#. without mentioning that you have changed this pack.
                        Then on 06/05/16, 00:49, I recieved another SMS from Aircel that " your 28 day STV 33 has been renewed successfully. Now make local calls at 1.2p/2sec. for 28 days. This time also there is no mention that you changed this pack condition.
                        But to my surprise all local calls are being charged at 1p/sec.Inspite of my lodging complaint1st at at Aircel Gallery at, kharghar & later SMS complaint at 155223 on 7th May at 12.39. Till date I have yet to hear from Aircel about my SMS complaint at 155223.

                          Sir, my AIRCEL prepaid no. is [protected] (Rajasthan). 03 days before (10.05.16) my balance became ZERO automatically. when I contacted AIRCEL customer care, he informed that AIRCEL IS FACING SOME TECHNICAL ISSUE AND BALANCE WILL BE REFUNDED WITHIN 24 HOURS. But it was not done after 02 days. Then again contacted customer care on 12.05.16, HE TOLD ME TO CALL AFTER SOMETIME AND IT WILL BE SOLVED. I again contacted customer care today (13.05.16), a person who gave his name as RAHUL AND REFERENCE NO. 61401981, SAID MY BALANCE WILL NOT BE REFUNDED AS IT CROSSED 24 HOURS (WHICH IS CONTRARY TO THE FIRST CUSTOMER CARE REPLY) AND HE IMMEDIATELY DROPPED THE CALL.
                          I have faced many problem earlier with aircel such as automatically subscribing to something in which refund has never been done after several complaint. many aircel users have same type of problem and not in any other networks.
                          Sir please solve this issue or suggest me a solution.

I have confirmed this from customer care. But I asked them to provide me the location else my call details so I can get the details of that person. Aircel people told me if I visit their store they will provide me the details because I am in bangalore now & my sim is from Rajashthan circle. I went to their Head office they clearly denied we will not provide any of the details. I told its my number you can verify they said we can only provide you the duplicate sim not any details. I told that person used my sim so please tell me if has miss used my number or not give me my call details. But they clearly refused to do that.

                            From 11th May morning 9:30 am that person was using my phone & sim. On 11th May around 11'o clock I raised the complain to get my sim deactivated but it was not deactivated & that person started to make outgoing & incoming calls (this information I received from Aircel customer care). I asked them that person is using my sim please deactivate this sim. They were telling it will be deactivated after 24 hr. But till 13th May the number was on & ringing. I went to Aircel Bangalore Head quarter (No. 66/5-25, H.M. Vibha Towers, 3rd Floor, Luskar, Hosur Road, Adugodi, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560030). I explained the whole case to them. They simply denied like this is for Rajashthan circle case we can not handle you have to go to Rajashthan only we can only provide you the duplicate sim. I told sir that person is using my personal sim try to understand he made some outgoing & incoming calls so let me know where he made the calls give me my personal number call details you can verify & authenticate me. And else provide me the location of that number because my number is still on & ringing. They said for that you have to go to Rajashthan. So, what kind of service they are providing to their customers because if someone is in problem. They are not at all entertaining this. they are not bothered that customer personal number is getting misused even I showed FIR COPY but still they were not ready.
                            Kindly provide me the location details for 12th May for [protected] Aircel(Rajashthan) number.

                                Aircel always deduct balance without any reason. I have been using it since last 6 months & It deducted my main balance when I called to customer support executive. They always say we are not able to help you.This is not fair If you don't know any reason about it then why you deduct balance.

                                I bought new aircel prepaid connection 7 days ago number is still not active.I have verified that my docs reached center on the same day I purchased it. This service is ridiculous.

                                  I am badhusha from trichy, tamilnadu. I am using aircel postpaid connection. There is no proper response from customer care and no network coverage inside home. So many time i have complained, but there is no response. I tried to port out from aircel, but they didn't give approval to new port in company. Now i am planning to go abroad. So i cant able to continue this worst service. I would like to surrender my aircel post paid tamilnadu connection. Mobile number [protected] and the plan is rs.199. I dont want please help me to surrender from this worst company.

                                    Dear sir,
                                    I am using aircel sim from last 7 years. Up to last year all is well about services. But from last year there are many problem with aircel and this is not acceptable at all due to my professional life. So i have decided to port aircel sim to another service provider. But last six month ago i have submitted mnp request to vodafone but my number can not port because aircel is not accepted mnp request. Then i not take seriously and not taken any action.
                                    But after some days there are many network problem so i have decided to port mobile no and submitted mnp request to aircel. Once again aircel has not accept my request.
                                    This is not a way to behave with your costomers. After that i have call to customer service there is no any answer from representative... Aircel represtative are shameless person... They have no value of their customers....
                                    After that i have once again request for mnp and now they are not sending mnp code to me...
                                    I humble request you to aircel please pay attention to customer complaints and solve them on priority basis...

                                      I need to reverse my transaction through paytm online for the transaction ref id mur1605121651216542300159 on[protected], as i done it to the wrong number [protected] instead of [protected]. Please do reverse recharge my correct no "[protected]" or reverse my recharge so i can recharge again. I tried to contact the customer care service but they were no help.

                                      I bought an aircel sim card on 7 may 2016 and they told me it will take 6 hours for activation of sim card but it hasnt been activated till now.

                                        Sir my [protected] on February my phone number is blocked due to exess amount by net charge I have mail 10 time and explains every thing .since that they increase my bill amount any how today my balance 2200 and just some time ago one lady called me from this no.[protected] and abuse language on me .after that want to settlement on 500 said OK again they are wants to cheet me they not reduce any amount and I can't pay this amount i send one written complaint and many time try to speak with athourity. Please help me other wise igo to leagle rights.
