I have recharge on 8 the & 9th may amount of rs 120 each time in mobile no- [protected] bearing the order & operator ref no are(1) #[protected], #kor[protected] dt- 8/5/16;(2) #[protected], #kor[protected]dt-9/5/16, my complain is - talk time 120 is given in place of 130 each time. Please do needful for due balance. I have called with aircell customer care he/she advised me to complain through online to get back due talk time

    Dear Sir /Ma'am,

    I would like to inform you that, I was using your Aircel Post paid number [protected] which is registered in the name of Yashvir Jaswal. I made a payment of monthly billing of Rs.298 through my debit card but i got a message that amount got debited from my account but when i checked on my aircel app, payment was not received by Aircel end on that time, then again i made a full and final payment through cash on your Aircel store, but later then the first payment which i had made through Debit Card is also successful(ref.ID:-''FIDD[protected]''/1-APR-16/10:38")

    I bought this postpaid number only for using internet data but the speed of your network was not satisfactory, so i decided to port out to Airtel on the same day in evening.I made payment through cash at your Aircel store.but the problem is that i made a payment twice (Ist one through Debit Card and the Payment ID is ''FIDD[protected]''/1-APR-16/10:38 and 2nd one through cash on 1 APR 16 at your aircel store) of same billing period and now my number is already ported out to airtel.


    I was frustrate by using your service so i decided to close this account, so i made full n final payment which is made by your aircel store that was for Rs:570 Approx, so i paid cash however i know that my 1st payment which is paid by debit card that was my bill which is not cleared on that time according to the aircel app so that payment will come back on my account after some time..but after wait for 14 days i called to bank then they provide my payment reference ID which is mentioned above and below also.

    So would request to you kindly look into this matter and refund my Rs:298.

    Hey Yashvir, Did you get your 298 Rs back? Next time you suffer from connectivity issues or you want to port your number, look for an app called Bill Bachao on the Google Play Store. I have been using it for a few weeks now. The app has a feature that lets you know about the best signal strength in your area. It also informs you about the network strength of your current provider. Based on that you can decide which connection suits you the best. For number portability also, you can use the same app. Use their number portability feature and they’ll port your number with just a single click.You can get this app here

      There is no network in our area. Please check the network connection. I am going to change my network connection. Please make it fast.I anyone contact us call with come but there will be no clear network. There will be full signal in phone but if we talk it will not be clear. Please check it fast.
      My balance is deducted though I have net pack its not fair I want it back...I have recharge of aircel Mumbai 155rs data plan then also my balance is deduced..

          I have lost my mobile of Postpaid Sim, so temporarily took 1 Prepaid Sim at 2 weeks before ([protected]). Have submitted all the required Documents but still that is Not activated.

          Took an duplicate postpaid Sim([protected]) from Aircel Store on 4th May'16 and paid my all my outstanding balance too. That also Not activated still.

          What is the issue and why should I wait so many days. I am facing a lot of communication issues with this. Please take the relevant action on this.

              Aircel mobile service provider automatically active a caller tune on 07/05/2016 by deducting rs 29 from my balance. I contact with their complain help line no (198) on that day. They inform me that server is down so, they can't provide me the information and told me to contact after 2 hours. But after my request they told me to contact next day (08/05/2016) for refund my balance. But today (08/05/2016) when i contact with them again, they told me the same information that their server is down and told me to contact after 2 hours.
              Sir please help me. Please take some necessary steps for this issue.

                        I am Manvi. I recharged my account with the PI of 249 which stated validity for 60 days. But today i received a message on the 28th day stating that the PI pack has been expired. I called the complaint helpline but your customer care executive were unable to give me a proper explaination. The customer care executive told me that the validity of the plan has been changed to 28 days and then disconnected the call. When i redialed the helpline the voice message said that all executives are busy. It happens everytime. Whenever i had a problem and rang your helpline, at first my call is received and when the next time i call them your all executives become busy! Why is it so Aircel?
                        Coming back to the topic i want the validity of my PI pack to be 60 days because when i paid the money for the pack as i recieved an offer on my no. claiming to get unlimited 2G data for 60 days on PI of 249 and in addition to that i was also told by the rechargewala that the pack is valid for 60 days. I hope that atleast your website works well unlike your helpline

But the retailer says the Upc code is wrong ! what can I do? then on5/5/2016 or 6/5/2016 again I sms to 1900 to generate upc code there is no reply ! once again I complain to Appellate but they are not providing any support. they says that I have registered dnd so upc code not generating from trai. I'm helpless please help.

Tu tu tu tu ..."" and then call ended. I tried approx 50-60 times in a day at every time but result was same .                                   You all are such a fraud who use to deduct money from customers having balance more than 100 rupeen you all do it regularly every time i haven't seen such an begger company who use to deduct money from account without our acknowledgement for no valid reasons you just deduct money you all are burgler who us to rob people who don't bother about 1 or 2 rs and by doing this for 4-5 time in a month you are collecting huge amount each month from innocent users a day will come when you all are going to payback for what you have done with my balance no sooner your company will be named as the worst and the fraud company in the world and sooner your company will be bankrupted if you really wanna work for your bright future of your company than stop behaving as a burgler and try to run company for customers fulfillment and not for your own black money fulfillment you all are going to pay for this robery of 216 rupees that you have deducted from my account since 2 years just let the good time come... I would request from the aircel user to keep record about your balance each day because Aircel is one of the most ***$*#* fraud company...

                                    I did a recharge of pi 78 on 06/05/16 (Dd/mm/yy) at 03.40 p. M.In the mobile no [protected] (Kolkata circle). 500 mb 3g data has been added in my limited 3g data balance and got a confirmation message of successful recharge of pi 78 but i cannot access internet in my mobile although my phone can access h+ network and internet connection was healthy before this recharge. One of the customer care personnel has informed me that i dont have 3g balance and another personnel has informed me that i had used it in a dongle after recharge so the internet connectivity has been restricted. But actually i did not do this. I have set all the parameter in access point setting as per a customer care personnel over telephone and has selected aircel network manually. Every month for some or the other festival reason you are blocking all the tariffs and charging me normally if you for your sick reasons cannot give me proper services then tell me I will port my number to other company... Know what is this akshara thritya on may9... It is no where a big festival neither it's a public holiday... Stop your nonsense and don't block my tariffs until and unless it's a national festival... Waiting for your response.
