I am a user of airtel network. I had recharged with 4g/3g plus unlimited calls pack for 3 months. Previously i was able to get my network on 4g in my section that is kerala section, thodupuzha region. Now i am not even able to get the service. I can't even make a call. Its been more than a week since i’ve ported to airtel from vodafone, my vodafone sim is now deactived but airtel sim is still not activated and i visited airtel store and they keep telling to wait.

It seemed to me that they dont even have a clue.
This number being my primary sim im missing calls from work and having trouble in daily contacts.

I ported from airtel wb circle to airtel karnataka circle. After porting was complete and after the old sim showed no network, i changed my sim and restarted my phone after receiving all the settings from airtel. But still it is showing no service on my mobile phone.
Kindly help. As it is my primary number and i may be missing some important calls...

Since past 2 days i m suffer with my airtel mobile network. I cant call anyone whenever i tried to call anyone its come like no network connection. Regarding this i complained to airtel customer care he told me that me register you complained and it will be rectified soon he have not given me any complain no and till now its not rectified and because of this i am facing a lots of problem....

On the 12th on dec (2017) airtel stopped service to my sim for no apparent reason. When i visited airtel office at 8th mile t dasarahalli bangalore, i was asked if i have adhaar card. I informed my adhaar card has not arrived yet and no number yet. Also it was not mandatory (Yet) to update adhaar. Rep goes on to state i need to submit address and id proof. After activation of new sim, i have tried to recharge using paytm, airtel app but the recharge is failing due to some technical error.

I port my airtel prepaid number from andhra pradesh circle to delhi circle. The porting is done on 14 november 2017 but i cannot recharge my number. I visited one airtel store here in delhi and still they are not resolving. They are telling there is some system errror and they have put up a complaint.
Now i can only receive phone call, cannot make outgoing calls due to low balance.
