not given proper response

sim is active but no network

Its been 4 days the sim provided from airtel store is not been active. 5 days back i lost my phone next day i reissue the no from airtel store they told me it will get started after 4hrs but next day i again went to airtel store coz it was not active they changed the sim and again told me to wait. Now its been 4 days i complained to customer care they are telling me its active and to wait it will resolve soon, really frustrated with this...

Topdoctorsonline service activated on my airtel # [protected] without my consent on 25th aug 2017 and deducted rs 49/-.

Please deactivate it and credit rs 49 back into my account.

Please make sure that you don't activate any services like this unless your customer type the sms and send it to airtel. Otherwise, it makes me believe that airtel is indulging in cheating its customers....

the airtel network in kalyan and nasik

I did the recharge for Rs. 545 on 25th Aug 2017 from Airtel Payment Bank for the mobile number [protected]. I choosed the wrong plan. I would like to reverse the amount or convert the amount to talktime for the same mobile number.

inter circle porting not getting done

I am an airtel postpaid user in mumbai and shifted to hyderabad. Submitted porting request 2 months back. Went to airtel centre, did aadhar verification in person thrice as the request was getting expired for some reason unknown even to them.

poor coverage for airtel service

As i got call from your fraud call center that we will port your vodafone number to airtel and i was ready to port this. I requested a new Airtel broadband connection and they asked to pay 500 rs.Then they cancelled the order because in my area the speed is less than the plan speed.I called the customer care they said to complaint here to get my money back.

auto deducting the balance in the name of fake services

Sir,

Airtel is frequently 'activating' some 'services', which i didn't subscribed to. No idea about these services. Without my consent they themselves deducting balance like rs.35 for seven days etc. And asking to deactivate the service if i don't want it. Even if i deactivate the service, the amounts deducted are not refunded. When i searched google, i am surprised by the no. Of similar complaints. I'm a prepaid customer...

not benefit of recharge

On my airtel app. I[censored] click on 5%cashback on recharge ad then they request u to choose plan then payment option. But they're not required for mobile number. internet coverage problem

airtel rejected to repair my mobile phone-device claim service request # 2251576

I'm gorav, someday back my phone got damaged & when i submit the claim airtel team rejected my claim, reason mentioned that airtel insurance is applicable if there is gap of 15 days in between policy purchase date & 1st damage date. As my phone got damaged on 9th day. So i get fixed the problem from 3rd party on very next day.
Unfortunately my phone again fallen after 15 days & shockingly again screen got damaged on same...
