I am facing the same issue, ktv and vijay tv was not working for past 1 week. When i contacted airtel customer care earlier, they said they will send technician to look into this and i have to pay rs.150/- for this.

Data recharge duplicated - airtel

On september 25 2016, i have done a recharge for rs.459. 3g/4g data pack. Money got deducted twice. 6 gb data received in my account. However only 28 days is the validity. Seems it is duplicated. My mobile number is [protected] tamilnadu circle.

I have tried to reach customer care by calling 121 but not able to. I was getting the tone like due to system maintenance this facility...

I had applied for airtel broadband in february but the connection was not feasible in my area i submitted 1000 rs for the broadband and got no refund i filled the form on airtel.in/refund several times i got a call from airtel he told me some procedure i had done that too but still got no refund
please dont buy airtel connetion its bad company will eat your money

3 days ago airtel executive comes and tells me my house is covered for 16 mbps internet speed and that he will check and tell me exactly what will be the internet speed. He gets the photo, signatures on form and 1000 rs installation charges. Today i get an sms that broadband is not feasible. When i ask for refund the same airtel centre says i need to apply for refund in the airtel.in website. But i do not find any such link in the website....

Ok so finally the fact is that airtel discontinued their iptv services.
And in return as they said they are giving us free of cost "upgradation" to airtel dth services which includes many decent features.
All sounds good but, being an airtel coustomer for last 12 years and also being a subscriber to airtel's iptv since 2009 I feel that shifting to digital tv services from iptv services is not an "upgradation" rather it should...
