While taking a data plan my phone got hanged and the same recharge was made twice and I sought remittance. The executive by the name Jagdish (might have heard him wrong. You can check who took the call made by [protected] around 10;30 on 25th September 2016) made me hold long on a chargeable call and then said his supervisor was busy and cut the phone saying he cant repeat the same things and nothing could be done. I am a postpaid user [protected] my plan is of Rs.199 this month i got a bill of Rs.4191 wtf . Do i look fool to you? I am not gonna pay it. They told me that i have done smartbuy pacakage+15%taxes waao i dont know why you take taxes on such a thing . I had tried to Pay my Airtel Broadband Bills of Rs.2595.74 through BillDesk Payment.It said that your transcation failed due to some errors but amount debited from my account instantly. Airtel is doing fraud with me. I was out of town for 2 or 3 months and now when I came back I got offer from Airtel that I will get 3 months validity in 315. And also I got so many calls from Airtel to recharge with 315 or 444 and I will get more validity with that. Its not complaint but a suggestion that if company can not afford for good network strength do not do practice to do business only. on the name of recharge its highly costly comparative to others but on the name of network coverage it totally unacceptable. On Hills company thinks by putting tower on top of hill it will not solve the network issue. in hills there is differ density of residences infrastructure...

Please be informed that Airtel is continuously changing my postpaid bill plan without intimating and taking approval from me. In 2015 my bill plan was changed from 300 Local/National mins free to 100 Local/National mins free and now again they have changed the bill plan to 200 Local mins free. Moreover they increased the plan charges too. Operator can't change bill plan without intimation and approval from customer....
