Internet issue not resolved

My internet is not working from Sep 2, 2015. I have registered a complaint also on the same day. They told that it will be resolved by 4 Sep, 2015. But it is not. Balance Deduct from my account without any information

Unauthorized Service Activation, Unresolved Complaint, Extortion for Payment

Dissconnection of network

Ticket closed in half an hour but no action taken

I raised a ticket stating signal issues with airtel in my area chandanagar, hyderabad. Surprisingly the ticket was closed in half an hour stating that my issue was resolved to my satisfaction. Complaint resolution reference number provided is [protected]. No one bothered to call me and no action was taken. There is a call drop issue due to weak signals.
