I made a payment of Rs. 1436 for airtel no. [protected] on 14th oct 2020, the amount got deducted instantly and i was stucked on the “processing” page (on myairtel app). I spoke to customer care but they redirect thr customer to bank and when i spoke to bank they are redirecting to airtel....
I have been facing network issues with my broadband. Not getting appropriate speeds due to which I had raised a request on 26th September to change my plan and it's been almost 19 days till now I have not received any call from airtel. I have applied for the fast tag under transaction ID FT[protected] on 7th Oct but to my surprise i have not still received any update nor received my fast tag after 10 days of ordering it. There is no update on the payment also and I cannot track this in airtel app also. The customer care no is always busy. Kindly reimburse my money. Such kind of service was not expected from such an esteemed company like airtel.. Please refund the money....

Recently I converted my airtel postpaid connection number [protected] to prepaid Jio connection. Few days back I received an outstanding intimation from Airtel for Rs 78.18/- and accordingly the amount is paid through online banking using relationship number (copy att). I paid electricity bill for ₹1764 for tsspdcl on uniqe service number[[protected]] thru airtel wallet on 12-10-20 under their trxn no.[[protected]] but i received the message from airtel as "the payment made successfully to apcpdclob from my wallet."as the amount was wrongly paid to apcpdclob by airtel.
