No helpline for Fastag

Airtel does NOT provide any helpline for resolving fastag complaints.

Please let me know what can I do to legally prevent Airtel from being a Fastag supplier.

I am quite willing to go to court, but I need to know how to get started...

Amount deducted but bill still not paid

I made a payment of Rs. 1436 for airtel no. [protected] on 14th oct 2020, the amount got deducted instantly and i was stucked on the “processing” page (on myairtel app). I spoke to customer care but they redirect thr customer to bank and when i spoke to bank they are redirecting to airtel....

Network broadband issue

I have been facing network issues with my broadband. Not getting appropriate speeds due to which I had raised a request on 26th September to change my plan and it's been almost 19 days till now I have not received any call from airtel. I have reached multiple times to customer care, the only answer I received was to wait for another 12 hours somebody will reach out to you. No one has reached out to me till date even after the case is escalated...

Amount is deducted from my bank account but no recharge is done

I have paid pepaid recharge plan of ₹48/- (3GB top-up). Eventhough the amount has successfully debited from my bank account but no recharge is added to my number.
The number which I have made the ₹48/- plan: [protected].
Date of the incident: 14/10/2020
Kindly look into the issue and add the ₹48/- plan to the above number....

Fastag issue / not received

I have applied for the fast tag under transaction ID FT[protected] on 7th Oct but to my surprise i have not still received any update nor received my fast tag after 10 days of ordering it. There is no update on the payment also and I cannot track this in airtel app also. The customer care no is always busy. Kindly reimburse my money. Such kind of service was not expected from such an esteemed company like airtel.. Please refund the money....

Balance deducted from bank a/c but recharge not done

I have recharged my mobile number [protected]through Net banking for Rs. 49 on 14th Oct 2020 and received with the BANK transaction reference

Recharge not done but amount deducted 199

Address: Town Berhampur Dist- Ganjam State- Odisha

I have recharged my mobile number [protected] through net banking for Rs. 199 on 14th October 2020 and received an SMS with Transaction reference[protected] and airtel prepaid txn[protected]IGAJQAETB5 of Rs. 199. SBI ONLINE Bank transaction was also completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged. Till now I got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account.

Bill paid but service barred

Dear all,

Recently I converted my airtel postpaid connection number [protected] to prepaid Jio connection. Few days back I received an outstanding intimation from Airtel for Rs 78.18/- and accordingly the amount is paid through online banking using relationship number (copy att). Hopefully they has not updated the payment in their records and my jio connection is barred.

Unable to access 4G Network

It's almost been 15days registered complaint. No proper response. After done recharge of 4G am getting 2g. Work is being held. No use to continue with this this network. Changed my sim twice same network wasted 200rs. I suggest to don't buy this Sim....

Never Ending Network Issue

I can’t even remember since how long I have been complaining about this. I don’t know why there are no network signals inside and near my house. I have raised multiple complaints about this both on call and in the outlets. I have waited enough. I’ve been a member of airtelfor more than 11 years. It’s high time for you to resolve this. I want this to be solved immediately....

Airtel Bank attached to FAstag removes money if sold car !

I mistakenly left my FastTag on my sold car, which was constantly passing through Tolls and deducting my money through Airtel Bank that it was attached to.

It wasn't the new owners fault, as it was driven by his employee and he wasn't aware, and neither we could reach out due to network non availability on the highway.

Online recharge failed but amount deducted through Net Banking

I have recharged my mobile number [protected] through Net banking for Rs. 298 on 14th Oct 2020 and received SMS with transaction reference #IGAJPYLGV8

Issues regarding connectivity

On 13 october 2020, all the airtel user in our area sector 39, gurgaon faced very big issue with the internet connection, we were not able to connect to internet for anything, nothing was working, not even calling. Due to this issue many o[censored]s faced serious issues in our work and srudy life. This thing should not happen with such a big telecom company....
