Hi,

This is regarding the new connection applied for.
The DTH customer ID number is [protected] .
and DTH order number is 53403539.

Due to some reason connection could not be established at my home.

So, I requested Airtel Xstream Dish to please cancel the connection and refund the amount paid by debit card to my concerned account.

Please note that the DTH is not installed/activated.br...

I use Airtel Dongle for Wifi. Every month I pay my dues on time. Airtel time to time stops working or slows down speed and now the Airtel app is not working... I have complained numerous times and sent emails. Just got some stupid calls but no resolution... this way my payment date has arrived but I cannot pay the bill. Sir, it has been 5 months since I've not been able to browse or use internet . I've register about 5 complaints since May 2020. Everytime I contact to customer care service of airtel they some date and ask me to wait for 7 days 10 days but problem is still going on. I've to attend online lectures and I've not been able to do that . In my village there isn't any service of broadband so I don't have any other options but to stick with the mobile...

So the Rs.598 pack started today so I should have got 3 gb of data . But when I checked right after midnight it shows I have 0 mb of data left. How ? And I had 4 1gb data coupon to use. I used 3 then how is it showing that I used all of them ? Compensate me for the loss of data...

Submitted PORT IN request 1 week before from Vi to AIRTEL for 2 numbers, out of which 1 got ported successfully, while other is NOT registered on NETWORK since last 2 days. There is no reply from Vodafone as well as AIRTEL.
Vodafone is least bothered for OUTGOING customer, but atleast AIRTEL must resolve the case for NEW customer into their family.
Don't know whom & where to approach, can TRAI help into this ??

Hi,

Recently Airtel has put one pole right infront of my site.

I am planning to construct my house now and this pole, will obstruct both construction and drive way to my house.

Ideally such poles should be in right in between 2 houses, so that it does not obstruct anyone. Since my site is empty, you cannot put it there and trouble common people.

Please get it moved asap.

Yesterday I had recharged my mom's airtel number with my airtel thanks account. The recharge was unsuccessful and it was written that ' if your amount is debited, the recharge will be done or you'll get refunded within 5-10 mins. ' now when I am checking the transaction history, it's not showing any such transaction. And this makes me more frustrated!!...

I have a prepaid unlimited call plan on my airtel number. Whenever I am trying to call any customer care number starting with 1860 for any company/bank, it says that YOU HAVE INSUFFICIENT BALANCE TO MAKE THIS CALL. what does this mean? I have paid money in advance and the company says unlimited calling, then why not connecting this call....

My mobile number was disabled suddenly one morning on 31.07.2020 by airtel.. There was an active Internet pack of Rs. 598 recharged on 13.06.2020 having validity of 84 days and another data pack of Rs. 399 which was recharged on 31.07.2020 which was unused.. My mobile number got activated after visiting the store for 5-6times and now on being asking for recrediting of my data packs airtel is not giving reply.. Please help me getting back...

I have mistakenly recharged another number which belongs to my grandmother instead of my number through Google pay. I have contacted both google pay and airtel and both of them are denying to help me. Google pay gave me reason telling that the amount have already reached airtel and they are not able to do anything.
